【摘要】：目前我国正处于流动性过剩阶段，经济不断发展，，居民生活水平不断提高，可支配收入日益增加，居民投资意愿也日趋强烈。我国现阶段的农产品价格呈快速上涨趋势，农产品价格波动剧烈，给居民生活带来了诸多不利的影响，而目前我国满足居民“抵抗通胀”“套期保值”需求的投资产品短缺。基于此，本文以现代套期保值理论为基础，提出了农产品共同基金这一概念。在阐述了其概念和理论的基础上，回顾中、美、日共同基金金融发展史，从发展模式、推动模式、法律法规建设、监管治理模式以及投资者结构五个方面进行比较分析并对国外共同基金发展经验加以总结。在此基础上，本文从产品和发展两个角度分析了农产品共同基金的优势，指出了我国发展农产品共同基金的制约因素。为进一步验证我国城市居民对农产品共同基金是否有投资意愿，本文通过实地调研对城市居民农产品共同基金投资意愿进行了实证检验，以问卷的形式对吉林省长春市和黑龙江省哈尔滨市的城市居民进行了调研，并选用Logistic模型对影响城市居民投资农产品共同基金意愿的影响因素进行实证分析，得出城市居民的性别、受教育程度、家庭年收入、基金偏好、对基金公司的信任程度、对未来粮价的预测以及粮价波动对家庭的影响为显著影响因素，同时得出大部分城市居民愿意投资农产品共同基金的结论。根据以上分析，本文提出了农产品共同基金发展的对策建议，为其在我国的发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in a stage of excess liquidity, economic development, constantly improve the living standards of residents, disposable income increasing, investment willingness of residents are increasingly strong. At the present stage of China's agricultural product prices showed a rapid rising trend, the agricultural product price volatility, has brought a lot of adverse effects to the residents living at present, our country meet the residents "resistance" inflation "hedging" demand for investment products shortage.
Based on this, this paper is based on modern hedging theory, put forward the concept of agricultural mutual funds. Based on expounding the concept and theory, review, beauty, history, mutual fund finance, from the mode of development, promote the mode of construction of laws and regulations, regulatory governance and investor structure five a comparative analysis of foreign mutual fund development experience is summarized. On this basis, this paper analyzes the advantages of mutual funds of agricultural products from two angles and product development, points out the factors restricting the development of agricultural products of China's mutual funds.
In order to further verify the city residents in our country have the willingness to invest of agricultural products is the empirical test of mutual funds, through the investigation of city residents investment mutual funds of agricultural products will, in the form of questionnaire in Jilin province Changchun city in Heilongjiang province and Harbin city residents were investigated, and the influence factors of influence on Logistic model city residents to invest in the agricultural mutual fund will make empirical analysis of the city residents that gender, educational level, family income, fund preference, level of trust fund companies, the impact on future price forecasting and price fluctuations of the family is an important factor at the same time that most city residents are willing to jointly invest in agricultural products the fund's conclusion. According to the above analysis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of agricultural products of mutual fund development, for its development in China Provide reference.
