【摘要】：随着信息技术的不断进步，商业银行业务的不断发展，网上银行应运而生。商业银行网上银行是商业银行通过互联网向客户提供金融产品和服务，不仅包括传统的银行业务，还包括因信息技术应用带来的新兴业务。商业银行网上银行突破了时空的限制，并具有低成本、高收益的特性，因此发展网上银行，已成为提高我国商业银行市场竞争力的重要手段。虽然近几年来我国商业银行网上银行发展十分迅速，但仍处于发展的初级阶段，，我国商业银行网上银行的管理还很不完善，仍存在着许多问题。因此，研究我国商业银行网上银行业务的使用情况及顾客满意度问题在这样的发展背景下，对我国商业银行来说具有非常重要的指导作用。本篇论文就是针对这一问题，以沈阳市为例，采取问卷调查的形式，对商业银行顾客进行关于网上银行业务的调查，并对调查得到的样本数据运用SPSS19.0软件进行处理，得出结果并以此得出结论，最后对我国商业银行提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of information technology and the continuous development of commercial bank business, Internet banking emerges as the times require. Commercial bank online banking is a commercial bank to provide financial products and services to customers through the Internet, including not only traditional banking business. It also includes the new business brought about by the application of information technology. Commercial banks have broken through the limitation of space and time, and have the characteristics of low cost and high income, so they develop online banking. It has become an important means to improve the market competitiveness of Chinese commercial banks. Although China's commercial banks have developed rapidly in recent years, they are still in the initial stage of development. The management of Chinese commercial banks' online banks is not perfect, and there are still many problems. Research on the use of online Banking and customer satisfaction of Commercial Banks in China in this context, it is very important for the commercial banks in China to guide. Taking Shenyang as an example, this paper takes the form of questionnaire investigation to investigate the online banking business of commercial bank customers. The sample data obtained from the survey are processed by SPSS19.0 software, and the results are obtained and the conclusions are drawn. At last, the author puts forward some suggestions to the commercial banks of our country.
