【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国金融市场的建设取得了很大进步。随着经济的发展,我国人民生活水平得到了相应的提高,人民的物质生活和精神生活都得到了很大的需求和满足。同时,个人财富的积累伴随着市场机制的不断完善,市场上出现了各种各样的投资渠道,所以投资方式的选择也另投资者无所适从,不管是继续坚持在银行存款、购买理财产品、炒股、购买期货还是投资房地产,如何选择适合自己的投资方式从而达到预期的收益需要个人投资者根据自己的情况做出合理的判断。本文以蚌埠市为调研区域范围,以个人投资偏好的影响为调研对象,按投资学理论中的投资者偏好的相关知识及组合管理中的一些原理,在蚌埠市辖区范围内及相关的一些蚌埠论坛,按不同的性别、年龄段、收入水平,从风险和收益的视角,基于调查和评估的有效性、便利性及受访对象的易用接受性等原则设计出调查问卷,借以评估蚌埠市个人投资者的风险收益偏好,进而得出相关的结论和提出一些政策建议。文章分为五个部分,第一部分主要介绍了调研的背景、调研的目的、调研的意义以及调研的基本情况。第二部分主要介绍了投资偏好的相关理论综述以及调研设计的原则。第三部分主要就是问卷的设计、实施过程以及问卷的回收情况。第四部分主要分析相关数据并分类分析不同背景的个人投资者的投资偏好问题。第五部分主要介绍通过调查分析得出的调查结论以及建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, great progress has been made in the construction of the financial market in China. With the development of the economy, the living standards of the people in our country have been improved accordingly, and the material and spiritual lives of the people have been greatly demanded and satisfied. At the same time, The accumulation of personal wealth is accompanied by the continuous improvement of the market mechanism, and a variety of investment channels have emerged in the market. Therefore, the choice of investment methods is also at a loss for investors, regardless of whether they continue to stick to bank deposits and purchase financial products. Stock speculation, buying futures or investing in real estate, how to choose the right way to invest in order to achieve the expected return requires individual investors to make a reasonable judgment according to their own circumstances. This paper takes Bengbu City as the research area, taking the influence of individual investment preference as the research object, according to the relevant knowledge of investor preference in investment theory and some principles of portfolio management. Within the jurisdiction of Bengbu City and some related Bengbu forums, based on the effectiveness of the survey and evaluation, according to gender, age, income level, and from the perspective of risk and income, In order to evaluate the risk and return preference of individual investors in Bengbu, the questionnaire is designed according to the principles of convenience and acceptability of the respondents, and the relevant conclusions and some policy suggestions are put forward. The article is divided into five parts. The first part mainly introduces the background of the investigation, the purpose of the research, The second part mainly introduces the related theories of investment preference and the principles of research design. The third part is the design of questionnaire. The fourth part mainly analyzes the relevant data and analyzes the investment preference of individual investors with different backgrounds. The fifth part mainly introduces the conclusions and recommendations obtained from the investigation and analysis.
