环境信息披露是绿色债券市场健康发展的关键

【摘要】：中国绿色债券市场潜在规模巨大,但市场中还存在大量未贴标"实质绿"债券。绿色债券指数的发布便利了投资者识别绿色债券,也促使发行人主动采取措施保持市场声誉。为完善和规范绿色债券信息披露,建议明确信息披露原则、统一信息披露标准和内容、采取适当的披露方式。
[Abstract]:The potential size of China's green bond market is huge, but there are still a large number of unlabeled "substantial green" bonds in the market. The release of the green bond index facilitated investors' identification of green bonds and prompted issuers to take the initiative to maintain market reputation. In order to perfect and standardize the disclosure of green bond information, it is suggested that the principle of information disclosure should be clarified, the standard and content of information disclosure should be unified, and appropriate disclosure methods should be adopted.
