要素优势与集聚经济圈的产业集聚——一个双重分工的分析框架

【摘要】：在世界开放经济格局中,集聚经济圈产业集聚的源动力以集聚经济圈基于社会关系"嵌入性"的人力资本、技术资本以及实物资本等要素禀赋的"异质性"双重分工优势为内容。这种区域要素禀赋相对其他区域的竞争优势,在集聚经济圈的发展与形成过程中,表现为欠发达区域要素禀赋"逆嵌入性"流动以及集聚经济圈在其产业竞争力基础上的高速增长和产业集聚。集聚经济圈"异质性"要素优势处于关键、核心的地位,是发挥集聚经济圈城市、集群产业、产业区产业外部性,促进创新,引起供求等促进集聚的决定因素。长江三角洲地区被压制较久得以释放的以"异质性"要素禀赋优势为核心内容的劳动密集型产业的双重分工优势,构成其产业集聚的源动力。
[Abstract]:In the open economy pattern of the world, the source power of industrial agglomeration in agglomeration economic circle is human capital based on social relation "embeddedness". The "heterogeneity" of factor endowments, such as technological capital and physical capital, is the content of this kind of regional factor endowment, which is relative to the competitive advantage of other regions, in the process of development and formation of agglomeration economic circle. It is manifested as the "inverse embedding" of factor endowment in underdeveloped regions and the rapid growth and industrial agglomeration of agglomeration economic circle on the basis of its industrial competitiveness. The "heterogeneity" factor advantage of agglomeration economic circle is the key and core position. It is to give full play to the externalities of the cities, industrial clusters and industrial zones in the economic agglomeration, and to promote innovation. The dual division advantage of labor-intensive industries with "heterogeneity" factor endowment as its core content, which has been suppressed for a long time in the Yangtze River Delta region, constitutes the source power of industrial agglomeration.
