【摘要】： 邓子恢在中国农业合作化时期,把马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际相结合,创造性地提出了“分工、包工”、“三包一奖”和“四固定”、“四包”、“新三包”、“包产到户”等多种形式的农业生产责任制思想。这一思想的形成过程体现了马克思主义基本原理与中国社会主义建设相结合的过程,邓子恢的农业生产责任制思想是一个马克思主义中国化的产物。邓子恢的农业生产责任制思想立足于维护中国最广大农民的根本利益,以科学发展的精神为指引,具有大无畏的创新精神,是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分。虽然这一思想当时并未能完全突破苏联模式的樊篱,其本身也缺乏一定的理论支撑与提升,但在实践中仍然产生了重大意义。这一思想把“家庭”作为农业生产单位在中国社会主义建设史上具有划时代的意义,极大地调动了农民农业生产的积极性和主动性,使农民增加了收入,并成为“家庭联产承包责任制”的理论先导。邓子恢的农业生产责任制思想对于解决中国目前的“三农”问题,走中国特色农业现代化道路,建设中国特色社会主义具有重大的启发作用。提醒我们在现代化建设的道路上,要把马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际相结合,时刻保持对“什么是社会主义,怎样建设社会主义”这一重大问题的清醒认识,走群众路线,尊重广大人民群众的首创精神,才能使生产关系始终适应生产力发展的要求。
[Abstract]:During the period of agricultural cooperation in China, Deng Zihui combined the basic principles of Marxism with China's specific reality and creatively proposed "division of labor, contracting workers", "three guarantees and one award" and "four fixed", "four guarantees" and "new three guarantees".A variety of forms of agricultural production responsibility system, such as "bagging output to households".The forming process of this thought embodies the process of combining the basic principles of Marxism with the construction of socialism in China. Deng Zihui's thought of responsibility system for agricultural production is the product of the Sinicization of Marxism.Deng Zihui's thought of agricultural production responsibility system is based on safeguarding the fundamental interests of the vast number of peasants in China, guided by the spirit of scientific development, and has the intrepid spirit of innovation, which is an important part of Mao Zedong's thought.Although this thought did not break through the Soviet model completely at that time, and its own lack of certain theoretical support and promotion, it still produced great significance in practice.The idea of "family" as an agricultural production unit has epoch-making significance in the history of China's socialist construction, greatly mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of farmers in agricultural production and increasing their income.And become the "household contract responsibility system linked to output" the theoretical guide.Deng Zihui's thought of agricultural production responsibility system has great enlightening effect on solving the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", taking the road of modernization of agriculture with Chinese characteristics and building socialism with Chinese characteristics.Reminding us, on the road of modernization, to combine the basic principles of Marxism with China's specific reality, and to keep a clear understanding of the important issue of "what is socialism and how to build it,"Only by following the mass line and respecting the pioneering spirit of the masses can the relations of production always meet the requirements of the development of productive forces.
