【摘要】:"MH370事件"引起了国际社会的广泛关注,而飞机坠毁重大事故的赔偿机制不同于一般赔偿机制。为此,运用重复讨价还价博弈理论对此进行了分析,考虑到航空公司在讨价还价博弈中受声誉和保障感的影响,在讨价还价分析过程中引入心理压力、支付收益率和生活或运营条件因素影响的贴现因子,通过求解由上述所有因素建立的效益函数,利用无限阶段讨价还价逆向推导的方法,得出讨价还价均衡结果,并最终得出结论:考虑声誉和保障因素可以增加受害家属的赔偿金额;心理条件、支付收益率和生活或运营环境通过影响贴现因子影响着讨价还价博弈均衡结果。
[Abstract]:The "MH370 event" has aroused widespread concern in the international community, and the compensation mechanism for the major accidents of aircraft crash is different from the general compensation mechanism. Therefore, using repeated bargaining game theory are analyzed, considering the influence of the airline by reputation and security in the bargaining game, in the bargain analysis of the introduction of psychological pressure, in effect the payment of rates of return and life or operation condition factors of discount factor, benefit function by solving established by all of the above factors, the use of method of infinite stage bargaining reverse deduction, the bargaining equilibrium results, and the final conclusion is: considering the reputation and security factors can increase the amount of compensation to the families of the victims; psychological conditions, payment rate of return and life or operating environment through the discount factor affects the bargaining equilibrium result.
