第四方物流平台在传化智能公路港的应用

【摘要】：物流在现代国民经济发展中具有重要地位。我国自改革开放以来,物流产业实现了较快发展,并且基本形成了以第三方物流为核心的物流竞争格局。但是,在肯定我国物流产业发展成绩的同时,也必须看到:我国物流成本过高、物流企业“小散乱”、现代物流整合程度低等问题依然突出。从欧美发呆国家物流发展趋势来看,第四方物流正在逐步取代第三方物流,成为未来物流发展的主流方向。相比于传统的第三方物流,第四方物流以信息化为基础,能够实现传统物流的优化整合从而进一步降低物流成本、提高物流效率。本文基于第四方物流(4PL)、平台经济学、网络经济学等理论,分析了当前经济形势下我国物流行业的发展现实,总结了我国公路货运物流市场中存在的主要问题、痛点等,通过外部环境、内部环境、价值形成模式等分析后,给出了基于互联网技术、信息技术的平台型第四方物流的业务模式,并对传化第四方物流平台功能进行设计。希望通过传化第四方物流平台的相关实践为物流企业的经营提供一些借鉴。
[Abstract]:Modern logistics plays an important role in the development of the national economy. Since the reform and opening-up in China, the logistics industry achieved rapid development, and the basic form of the third party logistics as the core of the logistics competition. However, in the achievement of logistics industry of our country at the same time, also must see: China's high cost of logistics, logistics enterprise "small, scattered" modern logistics integration low degree is still outstanding. In a daze from Europe and the United States national logistics development trend, the fourth party logistics is gradually replaced by the third party logistics, become the mainstream of the future direction of the development of logistics. Compared to the traditional third party logistics, Fourth Party Logistics Based on information technology, can realize the optimization and integration of the traditional logistics in order to reduce logistics costs and improve logistics efficiency. In this paper, the fourth party logistics (4PL) platform, based on economics, network economics theory, analysis of the current The reality of the development of the logistics industry in China's economic situation, summarize the main problems existing in our country's highway freight logistics market, the pain point, through the external environment, internal environment, mode analysis of the formation of value, based on Internet technology is presented, the information technology platform of Fourth Party Logistics business model, and design the mass of the fourth party logistics platform. Hope that through the practice of fourth party logistics platform and provide some reference for the logistics enterprises.
