【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化的发展和我国国民经济的不断增长,我国已经融入了世界经济的发展大潮中,而港口更在国际贸易中有着不可取代的作用。但是,与发达国家的港口相比,我国港口的差距依然很大。港口企业要想更快更好的发展,在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,必须认识到自身的优势劣势,抓住机遇,采取有效的措施,加快发展力度。结合新要求、新形势,制定符合企业发展的战略措施,才是企业制胜的关键所在。 本文从宏观环境入手,对研究对象所处的政治环境、经济环境、社会环境和技术环境做出具体分析,并与行业中的竞争者进行了对比。通过研究可以看出,现今港口运输越来越多的采用集装箱作为载体,杂货的市场比率越来越小,但是由于某些杂货的特殊性,导致杂货并不会完全被集装箱所取代。面对越来越小的市场,杂货码头之间的竞争将会越来越激烈。 HS杂货码头公司在这种竞争格局下同样面临很多机会和威胁。如何制定一种可以充分利用内部优势去抓住机会又能克服自身劣势去回避风险的竞争战略已成为当务之急。本文在相关理论论述的基础上,采用宏观、微观相结合的方法,对公司的内、外环境做出了系统的研究,以求为公司找到最佳的战略方案。 本文首先利用PEST的宏观分析法和波特的五力竞争模型分析找到公司在外部环境中所面临的机会和威胁,然后通过公司内部资源和能力的分析,找出自身的优势和劣势。结合所有内、外环境分析用SWOT矩阵进行总结,最终得到了HS杂货码头现阶段的竞争战略——差异化战略。最后,根据所选战略制定相应的措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration and the continuous growth of our national economy, our country has been integrated into the development tide of the world economy, and ports play an irreplaceable role in international trade. However, compared with the ports of developed countries, The gap between ports in our country is still very large. If port enterprises want to develop faster and better and remain invincible in the fierce competition, they must recognize their own advantages and disadvantages, seize the opportunity and take effective measures. The key to success is to speed up development, combine new requirements, new situation, and formulate strategic measures in line with the development of enterprises. Starting from the macro environment, this paper makes a concrete analysis of the political, economic, social and technological environment of the research object, and compares it with the competitors in the industry. Nowadays, more and more ports use containers as carriers, and the market ratio of groceries is becoming smaller and smaller. However, due to the particularity of some groceries, the groceries will not be completely replaced by containers. Competition between grocery docks will become more and more intense. HS General Wharf Company also faces many opportunities and threats in this competitive situation. How to make a competitive strategy that can make full use of internal advantages to seize opportunities and overcome their own disadvantages to avoid risks has become a. On the basis of related theories, In order to find the best strategy for the company, the internal and external environment of the company is studied systematically by the method of combining macro and micro. In this paper, we first use PEST's macro analysis method and Porter's five-force competition model to find out the opportunities and threats faced by the company in the external environment, and then analyze the internal resources and capabilities of the company. Find out their own strengths and weaknesses. Combined with all the internal and external environment analysis using SWOT matrix to summarize, finally get the current competition strategy of HS grocery wharf-differentiation strategy. Finally, according to the selected strategy to formulate the corresponding measures.
