长沙市主城区公共交通服务满意度及线网结构的评价研究

【摘要】:长沙市公共交通系统是长沙市道路交通的重要组成部分。随着城市化水平加快,城市客流总量增加,现有公共交通有效供给不足、私车保有量迅速上升,加剧交通拥堵,使得居民通勤成本上升、环境污染与能源消耗增加。以此为背景,本文从理论上论证了进行公共交通满意度评价的必要性,并对长沙市公共交通现状进行初步分析。采用随机抽样方式进行公共交通服务满意度调查,得到出行者基本信息、出行信息及满意度信息。结合相关文献,制定城市公共交通服务满意度评价指标体系,,以调查数据为样本,采用层次分析法进行权重计算,加权汇总后得出长沙市公交车及出租车服务满意度得分,并按照常住城区、年龄层次、职业等不同属性对公交车和出租车服务满意度进行分别测度,以反映属性差异对满意度的影响。在此基础上,进一步论证公交线网设置对满意度评价的影响,构建了长沙市公交线网发展水平评价指标体系,采用变异系数法确定指标权重,并用GIS技术进行指标实际值计算,加权汇总后得到评价结果。结合研究结果提出提高长沙市公交车线网发展水平及公共交通满意度的政策建议。 研究显示:(1)长沙市公共交通基础设施水平处于我国同等城市中等偏下水平;(2)在公交车服务满意度评价中,17个指标层指标除乘车信息指标为“比较满意”、车内拥挤度指标为“不太满意”外,其余15个指标均为“一般”水平;四个准则层指标均为“一般”水平,安全性指标得分最高而舒适性指标得分最低;长沙市公交车满意度总体处于“一般”水平;各城区公交车满意度得分由高到低依次为为望城区、雨花区、天心区、芙蓉区、开福区、岳麓区;21-30岁年龄层次人群对公交车的评价最低;通勤需求高的职业人群对公交车满意度低于其他职业人群。(3)在出租车服务满意度评价中,八个指标层指标、四个准则层指标、出租车服务满意度均为“一般”水平;各城区出租车满意度得分由高到低依次为开福区、岳麓区、天心区、雨花区、芙蓉区、望城区;出租车满意度随年龄层增加而呈下降趋势;通勤需求高的职业人群对出租车满意度低于其他职业人群;(4)长沙市公交线网总体发展水平处于“较差”等级,除平均站距指标达到“一般”等级外,其余指标均未达到国内同等城市平均水平。
[Abstract]:The public transport system in Changsha is an important part of the road traffic in Changsha. With the acceleration of urbanization, the total amount of urban passenger flow is increasing, the effective supply of existing public transport is insufficient, the number of private vehicles is increasing rapidly, and the traffic congestion is aggravated. The cost of commuting increases, environmental pollution and energy consumption increase. In this context, this paper theoretically demonstrates the necessity of public transport satisfaction evaluation. In addition, the present situation of public transportation in Changsha is analyzed. The satisfaction survey of public transport service is carried out by random sampling, and the basic information of travelers, travel information and satisfaction information are obtained. The evaluation index system of the satisfaction degree of urban public transportation service is established, and the weight calculation is carried out by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the satisfaction score of bus and taxi service in Changsha City is obtained after weighted summary, and the score of satisfaction degree of the bus and taxi service in Changsha City is obtained according to the resident city. In order to reflect the influence of different attribute on the satisfaction degree of bus and taxi service, this paper further demonstrates the influence of bus network setting on satisfaction evaluation, and measures the satisfaction degree of bus and taxi service by different attributes, such as age level, occupation and so on, in order to reflect the influence of attribute difference on satisfaction degree. The evaluation index system of the development level of Changsha public transit network is constructed. The coefficient of variation method is used to determine the index weight, and the GIS technology is used to calculate the actual value of the index. According to the results of the study, the author puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the development level of bus network and the satisfaction of public transportation in Changsha. The study shows that the level of public transport infrastructure in Changsha is below the middle level in the same cities in China. In the evaluation of bus service satisfaction, 17 indicators are "satisfactory" and "relatively satisfied" in the evaluation of bus service satisfaction. The extrusion index is "not very satisfactory", The other 15 indexes are "general" level, the four criteria are "average" level, the safety index is the highest and the comfort index is the lowest, the satisfaction degree of Changsha bus is generally "average" level. The highest and lowest bus satisfaction scores were in the following order: Wangcheng District, Yuelu District, Tianxin District, Furong District, Kaifu District, Yuelu District and Yuelu District. In the evaluation of taxi service satisfaction, there are eight indexes, four criterion indexes, and the taxi service satisfaction is "average" level. The taxi satisfaction scores of each urban area from high to low are Kaifu district, Yuelu district, Tianxin district, Yuhua district, Furong district, Wangcheng district, and the taxi satisfaction degree decreases with the increase of age. The overall development level of public transportation network in Changsha is "poor", except that the average station distance index reaches "average" grade. The other indicators did not reach the domestic average level of the same city.
