湖南空港实业公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:经过几年来的发展,目前湖南空港实业公司发展遭遇了瓶颈,主要反映在业务需求高,经济规模低的迫切需要解决自己的问题;在同一时间,国内和国外的新加入者越来越多,外部竞争日趋激烈。因此,湖南空港实业公司的首要任务是建立公司的发展方向,明确产品定位,尽可能地规避风险,突出自己的竞争优势,,从而使湖南空港实业公司可持续发展的提供有利保障。因此,湖南空港实业公司需要有自己的发展战略。所谓战略主要是为了获得竞争优势和开发企业的竞争力而进行一系列行动的动态统筹。 本文通过湖南空港实业公司的深入分析,找出湖南空港实业公司目前发展瓶颈问题,从外部环境分析找出面临的机遇和挑战,运用战略管理知识,从湖南空港实业公司内部环境分析中找到自身的优势和弱点,从而确立了湖南空港实业公司在改善和加强现有产品的同时,积极寻求相关多元化经营的发展战略,并制定具体阶段性规划及五年战略目标,并实现了既定的战略目标而进行引进人才,资金引进,组织机构改革,加强市场营销,企业文化再造的战略落实措施,维护公司的整体发展战略对公司未来发展发挥有效的作用,使湖南空港实业公司实现可持续发展。 论文通过运用战略管理知识研究湖南空港实业发展战略,对公司未来经营目标和方向进行纲领性的设计和规划,有利于改进管理模式、企业更好的优化资源,提高市场应变能力和风险控制能力,进而提高企业的竞争力。同时对其他企业经营管理也具有全面的、普遍的指导意义。
[Abstract]:After several years of development, the development of Hunan Airport Industrial Company has encountered a bottleneck, mainly reflected in the urgent need to solve its own problems with high business demand and low economic scale. At the same time, there are more and more new entrants both at home and abroad. The external competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Therefore, the first task of Hunan Airport Industrial Company is to establish the development direction of the company, to define the product orientation, to avoid risks as far as possible, and to highlight its own competitive advantage. So that Hunan Airport Industrial Company can provide favorable protection for sustainable development. Hunan Airport Industrial Company needs to have its own development strategy. The so-called strategy is to obtain competitive advantage and develop the competitiveness of enterprises to carry out a series of dynamic coordination actions. Based on the in-depth analysis of Hunan Airport Industrial Company, this paper finds out the bottleneck problems in the development of Hunan Airport Industrial Company, finds out the opportunities and challenges from the external environment, and applies strategic management knowledge. From the analysis of the internal environment of Hunan Airport Industrial Company, we find out its own strengths and weaknesses, thus establishing the development strategy of Hunan Airport Industrial Company to improve and strengthen the existing products while actively seeking the diversified management. And to formulate specific stage planning and five years strategic objectives, and to achieve the established strategic objectives of the introduction of talent, capital introduction, organizational reform, strengthening marketing, corporate culture reconstruction strategy implementation measures, The maintenance of the company's overall development strategy will play an effective role in the future development of the company, so that Hunan Airport Industrial Company can achieve sustainable development. By using strategic management knowledge to study the industrial development strategy of Hunan Airport, the paper designs and plans the company's future business objectives and direction, which is helpful to improve the management model and optimize the resources of the enterprise. At the same time, it can improve the ability of market response and risk control, and then improve the competitiveness of enterprises. At the same time, it also has a comprehensive and universal guiding significance to other enterprises' operation and management.
