【摘要】：以海上运输为中心的国际干散货和航运市场其市场份额能够达到国际航运市场的1/3以上。另外,相比集装箱或油轮市场,干散货航运市场更接近与完全竞争市场的特点。在运输的供给需求的共同作用下,干散货航运市场波动频繁且市场竞争激烈。干散货的海上运输是干散货供应链中的重要组成部分,面对市场竞争的加剧对供需链条的优化和管理成为企业乃至整个市场获取优势提高效率的重要手段,而其中牛鞭效应则是这一复杂供需结构运行过程中所不能回避的一个重要问题。 基于上述背景本文在进行大量数据收集的基础上对国际干散货航运市场及其牛鞭效应进行分析和探讨。文章首先从干散货供应链的介绍以及国际干散货航运市场的概况入手,理清两者间关系,并结合数据资料,对国际干散货航运市场的相关要素进行介绍说明。接下来根据干散货航运市场的供需结构,分别对国际干散货航运市场的海运需求、运力供给进行讨论,并根据供需情况分析干散货航运市场的不确定性。在不确定性分析的基础上将牛鞭效应理论引入干散货航运市场的研究,从理论上探讨了国际干散货航运市场中牛鞭效应的形成原因,并对市场中的牛鞭效应现象进行界定。 下一步本文以国际干散货航运市场为中心,利用运价指数的变动性分析了国际干散货航运市场的整体的波动特点,随后通过对干散货航运市场运量、运力等各环节数据变动的方差分析验证了干散货航运市场中存在需求信息随供需信息传递的链条逐级放大的牛鞭效应现象。最后参考实证分析结果,结合国际干散货航运市场的不确定性分析结论,对国际干散货航运市场提出一些合理建议,以期减小国际干散货市场运营中的牛鞭效应,实现节约成本控制风险的目的。
[Abstract]:The above to maritime transport as the center of the international dry bulk shipping market and its market share to reach the international shipping market 1/3. In addition, compared to the container or the tanker market, dry bulk shipping market closer to the characteristics and complete competition market. In common transportation supply and demand under the dry bulk shipping market and the frequent fluctuations in market the competition is fierce. Dry sea transport is an important part of dry bulk cargo in the supply chain, an important means to face market competition of supply chain optimization and management become the enterprise and even the entire market advantage to improve the efficiency, and the bullwhip effect is an important problem which cannot be run in the process of complex structure of supply and demand avoid.
Based on the above background this paper based on a great deal of data collection on the international dry bulk shipping market and the bullwhip effect are analyzed and discussed. Firstly, the dry bulk supply chain and the introduction of international dry bulk shipping market overview of clarifying the relationship between them, and combined with the data, conducted to describe the relevant elements of the international dry bulk cargo in the shipping market. Then according to the structure of the supply and demand of dry bulk shipping market, respectively, of international dry bulk shipping market, shipping demand, supply and demand are discussed, and the analysis of dry bulk cargo shipping market uncertainty according to the supply and demand situation. In the study of uncertainty based on the analysis of bullwhip effect theory into the dry bulk shipping market, discusses the international dry bulk shipping market causes of the bullwhip effect in the formation of theoretically, and the bullwhip effect in the market are defined.
The next step in the international dry bulk shipping market as the center, analyzes the overall characteristics of the fluctuation of international dry bulk shipping market by the fluctuation index, followed by the dry bulk shipping market volume, variance analysis capacity and other aspects of changes in the data to verify the existence of bullwhip effect chain with demand information supply and demand information transmission step by step amplification of the dry bulk shipping market. Finally, the empirical results combined with the analysis of the reference, the international dry bulk shipping market uncertainty analysis conclusion of international dry bulk shipping market, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions, in order to reduce the international dry bulk market bullwhip effect in operation, cost savings achieved the purpose of risk control.
