昆明国际智慧陆港构建研究

【摘要】：在全球金融危机和新的历史时期,中国要想持续保持经济高速增长,再单纯依靠东南沿海地区的外贸优势已不大可能。国际陆港的出现为内陆地区发展外向型经济、扩大外贸出口优势开辟了广阔的天地。陆港能够模拟实际港口,在内陆地区实现沿海港口的功能,使内陆地区与沿海实现无缝对接,从而减少物流成本,极大的促进内陆地区对外贸易,带动内陆地区经济高速发展。目前,我国初现“陆港热”,全国各地纷纷开始建设或规划构建陆港,其中不乏一些盲目上马的情况,一些地区奉行“拿来主义”,在未考虑实际情况和具体条件的情况下,只是简单的仿效其他地区的经验,最终导致了不同程度上的资源浪费。因此,充分考虑自身条件,结合实际情况对陆港进行探索、构建尤为重要。本文从国际陆港的起源和发展入手,逐层递进,国内外陆港的发展现状及其存在的问题,剖析了占有极强区位优势的昆明发展智慧型陆港的必要性和可行性、结合物联网时代对国际陆港运营发展的影响和昆明发展物联网产业的资源优势,提出了昆明陆港的建设应该走“智慧化”发展模式。最后系统分析研究了物联网技术在陆港运营管理中的作用并结合昆明滕俊国际陆港的特点提出了智慧陆港的发展规划。
[Abstract]:In the global financial crisis and in the new historical period, it is unlikely that China will continue to maintain rapid economic growth and rely solely on the foreign trade advantages of the southeast coastal region. The emergence of international dry ports is the development of an export-oriented economy in inland areas. The expansion of export advantage opens up a vast world. Dry ports can simulate actual ports, realize the functions of coastal ports in inland areas, and make inland areas and coastal areas seamlessly connect with each other, thus reducing logistics costs. Greatly promote inland area foreign trade, drive inland area economy high-speed development. At present, there is a "dry port craze" in our country, and various parts of the country have begun to build or plan to build dry ports one after another. Some of them are blindly embarking on dry ports. In some areas, they practice "laissez-faire", without considering the actual situation and the specific conditions. Simply emulating the experience of other regions leads to different degrees of waste of resources. Therefore, it is very important to fully consider the conditions and explore dry ports in combination with the actual situation. Starting with the origin and development of international dry ports, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of developing intelligent dry ports in Kunming, which has a strong location advantage, step by step, the present situation of development of dry ports at home and abroad and the existing problems. Combined with the impact of the Internet of things era on the operation and development of international dry ports and Kunming's resource advantages in developing the Internet of things industry, This paper puts forward that the construction of Kunming dry port should follow the mode of "intelligent" development. Finally, the function of Internet of things technology in the operation and management of dry port is systematically analyzed and the development plan of intelligent dry port is put forward according to the characteristics of Kunming Teng Jun international dry port.
