后金融危机时代CCT集装箱码头竞争力研究

【摘要】:当今世界正处于后金融危机时期,国际经济处在缓慢复苏之中,但复苏的进程非常脆弱且不平衡。在目前国际贸易有效需求不足的形势下,部分港口企业为招揽运输业务,通过降低收费争取业务,这样势必会加大货源经济腹地的竞争,企业竞争陷入低层次竞争状态。 本文基于同一港口的不同港口企业这一层次,进行集装箱码头竞争力研究。针对当前特定的经济形势条件,以CCT主要竞争港口(深圳港四大集装箱码头)为研究对象。首先,在遵循一定的指标体系构建原则的条件下,建立了一个包括地理位置及自然条件、集装箱码头硬件设施、集装箱码头经营服务能力、集疏运能力、发展态势5个一级指标(12个二级指标,25个三级指标)在内的集装箱码头竞争力评价体系。其次,运用因子分析法对深圳港各集装箱码头竞争力进行综合评定。最后,针对评价结果和赤湾港集装箱码头的自身特点、优势与制约条件,提出大力提高经营效率、积极发展物流服务业,增强信息网络建设、班轮航线的竞争策略、注重自身品牌形象,加强市场营销、维持国际中转业务量的稳定增长等发展规划建议,为港口的经营发展提供决策参考,使CCT在新的形势下尽快确立竞争优势。
[Abstract]:The world is now in a post-financial crisis period, and the international economy is slowly recovering, but the process of recovery is very fragile and unbalanced. Under the current situation of insufficient effective demand for international trade, some port enterprises are trying to attract transport business. By reducing the charge for business, this will inevitably increase the competition in the hinterland of supply economy, and the competition of enterprises will fall into the state of low level competition. Based on the different port enterprises of the same port, this paper studies the competitiveness of container terminals. According to the specific economic conditions, this paper takes the main competitive ports of CCT (four container terminals in Shenzhen Port) as the research object. Under the condition of following the principle of constructing a certain index system, we have established a container terminal including geographical location and natural conditions, container terminal hardware facilities, container terminal management and service capacity, collecting and distributing capacity. The competitiveness evaluation system of container terminals including 5 first-class indicators (12 second-class indicators and 25 third-grade indicators). Secondly, the competitiveness of container terminals in Shenzhen Port is evaluated comprehensively by using factor analysis method. Finally, the competitiveness of container terminals in Shenzhen Port is evaluated comprehensively. In view of the evaluation results and the characteristics, advantages and constraints of the container terminal in Chiwan Port, the paper puts forward the competitive strategy of improving the management efficiency, actively developing the logistics service industry, strengthening the construction of information network, and the liner routes. Pay attention to its own brand image, strengthen marketing, maintain the steady growth of international transit business and other development planning suggestions, provide a decision reference for the port management and development, so that CCT can establish its competitive advantage in the new situation as soon as possible.
