中交路桥建设公司企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国企业文化建设理论上与实践上取得了很大成绩,对建设我国特色社会主义建设和促进国民经济发展都起到了积极作用。在知识经济到来的今天,企业要想发展并在竞争中立于不败之地,必须高度重视企业文化建设,充分发挥企业文化在市场竞争中软实力的核心作用。 面对越来越激烈的竞争,为适应经济的发展,加强企业文化建设已经成为现代企业发展的必然趋势。路桥建设作为中国首批上市的施工企业也不例外、离不开企业文化建设。路桥建设路桥施工企业有无自己特有的符合企业自身的先进企业文化,直接关系到企业能否持续健康发展,永葆生命力。 基于上述状况,中交路桥建设公司应构建“以人为本”的企业文化策略:(1)全面梳理路桥公司管理制度,针对机关管理层和施工现场制定不同的管理制度,加强对员工的培训,实施制度再培训;(2)提炼和强化以中交路桥企业精神为灵魂的价值观念,树立路桥人人格化的团队意识;(3)导入中交路桥公司企业形象识别系统,通过企业形象设计向外界昭示企业精神、理念以及经营哲学等企业文化;(4)实施典型示范工程,把先进典型的人和事物放映折射出来,使企业广大员工从这些先进的人和事物吸取精神的食量,真正起到典型示范作用,从而促进企业文化建设发展;(5)创新企业文化,积极营造企业文化建设的良好氛围;(6)打造团队企业文化,使企业员工个人要积极融入企业团队组织中去,才容易建设强有力的团队、发挥团队的合力作用。 为确保上述企业文化策略的有效实施,中交路桥建设公司应构建与之相应的保障措施和对策,如建立“融合网”、提高公司的沟通效率和快速应变能力,重新梳理公司业务流程、建立信息化ERP系统,完善人力资源管理体系和组建高素质的管理队伍等。 本文首先简单介绍了企业文化理论,然后分析路桥建设企业文化状况和特殊性,针对面临的问题,提出路桥建设企业文件的一些方案设计,最后,总结出提升路桥企业文化建设的对策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, great achievements have been made in the construction of corporate culture in China, both in theory and in practice, which have played a positive role in building socialism with Chinese characteristics and promoting the development of the national economy. If an enterprise wants to develop and remain invincible in competition, it must attach great importance to the construction of enterprise culture and give full play to its core role of soft power in market competition. In the face of more and more fierce competition, in order to adapt to the economic development, strengthening the construction of enterprise culture has become the inevitable trend of the development of modern enterprises, the road and bridge construction as the first batch of construction enterprises listed on the market in China is no exception. Whether the road and bridge construction enterprises have their own unique advanced enterprise culture in line with the enterprise itself is directly related to the sustainable and healthy development and vitality of the enterprise. In view of the above situation, Zhongjiao Road and Bridge Construction Company should build a "people-oriented" corporate culture strategy: 1) comprehensively comb the road and bridge company's management system, formulate different management systems for the management of the organization and the construction site, and strengthen the training of employees. To refine and strengthen the value concept of taking the spirit of Zhongjiao Road Bridge as its soul, and to establish the humanized team consciousness of the road and bridge people; (3) to introduce the corporate image identification system of Zhongjiao Road Bridge Company. Through corporate image design to the outside world to show the spirit of enterprise, ideas and business philosophy and other corporate culture. 4) the implementation of typical demonstration projects, the projection of advanced and typical people and things to reflect out, So that the majority of the employees of the enterprise can absorb spiritual food from these advanced people and things, so as to truly play a exemplary role in promoting the construction and development of enterprise culture and innovating enterprise culture. To create a good atmosphere for the construction of enterprise culture (6) to create a team culture, to make the enterprise employees actively integrate into the organization of the enterprise team, it is easy to build a strong team and play the role of the team's resultant force. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the above corporate culture strategy, Zhongjiao Road and Bridge Construction Company should construct corresponding safeguard measures and countermeasures, such as establishing a "fusion network" to improve the communication efficiency and the ability of quick response of the company. Reorganize the business process of the company, establish the information ERP system, perfect the human resource management system and set up the high quality management team, etc. This paper first introduces the theory of corporate culture, then analyzes the cultural situation and particularity of the road and bridge construction enterprises, and puts forward some schemes and designs of the road and bridge construction enterprise documents. The countermeasures to improve the cultural construction of road and bridge enterprises are summarized.
