【摘要】：铁路大跨度桥梁工程质量管理具有影响因素众多、影响机制复杂、科技含量高、质量要求严等特征,导致其质量管理难度加大、风险增加。而工程质量又与工程进度、成本、安全、环境保护等其他项目目标息息相关。因此,研究解决如何加强工程项目质量管理、提高行业的质量管理水平的问题,无论对于个人、企业、行业或是国家,都有着重大的现实意义。本文首先阐述了我国工程行业的飞速发展现状以及行业中仍然存在的质量管理问题,认为提高工程项目质量水平能够从企业、行业以及国家三个层面产生重大作用；随后综合论述了国内外工程项目质量管理的研究现状,并以此作为桥梁工程质量管理研究的基础资料。紧接着,依次综述了质量管理、工程质量及其管理的相关理论,包括定义、内涵、特点、方法等,为后文桥梁工程质量管理研究提供理论支持。之后,文章对济南黄河特大桥工程现状进行了细致描述,包括工程总体概况、环境因素、质量、重难点工程等方面。最后,对济南黄河特大桥工程质量管理进行了详细论述,包括质量管理目标、机构以及质量管理的“五重保证”体系,并分别针对钻孔桩、主引桥承重平台作业、桥墩施工和钢制桥梁梁体架设等五项关键性控制工程分别给出了质量管理手段及对策,最后细化到质量管理五要素(人机料法环),给出了质量追溯和问题库管理两项管理措施。
[Abstract]:The quality management of railway long-span bridges is characterized by many influencing factors, complex influencing mechanism, high scientific and technological content and strict quality requirements, which leads to the increase of quality management difficulty and risk.The quality of the project is closely related to the project schedule, cost, safety, environmental protection and other project objectives.Therefore, it is of great practical significance for individuals, enterprises, industries and countries to study and solve the problem of how to strengthen the quality management of engineering projects and improve the quality management level of the industry.Firstly, this paper expounds the rapid development of the engineering industry in our country and the problems of quality management still existing in the industry, and points out that improving the quality level of the engineering project can play an important role in three aspects: enterprise, industry and country.Then the research status of project quality management at home and abroad is comprehensively discussed, and it is regarded as the basic data of bridge engineering quality management research.Then, this paper summarizes the quality management, engineering quality and its related theories, including definition, connotation, characteristics, methods and so on, which provides theoretical support for the later study of bridge engineering quality management.After that, the paper describes the present situation of Jinan Yellow River Bridge in detail, including the general situation of the project, environmental factors, quality, heavy and difficult engineering and so on.Finally, the quality management of Jinan Yellow River Bridge is discussed in detail, including the quality management target, organization and "five guarantee" system of quality management, and the operation of bearing platform for bored pile and main approach bridge respectively.Five key control projects, such as pier construction and steel bridge beam erection, respectively, provide quality management means and countermeasures. Finally, the five elements of quality management (man-machine material method) are refined, and two management measures, quality traceability and problem base management, are given.
