基于主成分分析的区域港口竞争力评价研究

【摘要】：港口作为社会发展重要资源的集聚点，以及沿岸城市赖以形成和发展的重要组成部分，不仅发挥了传统意义上的货物运输的功能，更是区域经济发展的制高点，其重要作用和地位一直受到普遍深刻的关注。中国大陆主要港口在世界港口中地位不可忽视，在世界港口的排名不断靠前。我国已经发展为全球港口吞吐量和集装箱吞吐量最多，增长速度最快的国家。然而，随着我国沿海港口的高速发展，内河港口发展的一些问题也逐步开始显现，出现了发展相对滞后、发展不平衡、缺乏现代理念、功能单一、重复建设严重等问题。以上问题的产生，是由于未能充分研究影响港口竞争力的因素，对于港口的发展定位与发展战略分析不够全面，因而对港口发展与规划的决策不够合理所造成的。因此，深化港口发展理论研究，充分把握港口发展的基本运行规律以找出提升港口竞争力的方法，对于我们统筹港口与社会经济的协调发展，全面推进我国航运建设具有十分重要的现实意义。本文的研究目的是从分析影响区域港口竞争力的主要因素出发，以湖南港口研究为背景，探索湖南港口发展的合理途径。本文首先通过对资料的收集与概括，分析了港口功能发展的三个阶段，对现代港口的功能进行了概括。同时，对目前我国港口竞争力进行了定义，并分析了我国港口竞争的特点与层次以及区域港口竞争的特点。在此基础上，对港口竞争力影响因素进行了分析并建立了评价指标体系。其次，针对目前港口竞争力研究往往停留于定性分析、缺乏系统定量研究的现状，，本文采用分类采集的方法，确定了湖南省七个主要港口相应的各项评价指标值，并利用相关模型进行了实证分析，根据定量的主成分计算得到七个港口综合竞争力的综合排名结果。根据综合评价结果，分析了各湖南省港口竞争力主要影响因素，并对湖南港口的发展进行了战略定位，提出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:As a gathering point of important resources for social development and an important component of the formation and development of coastal cities, the port not only plays a traditional role in freight transport, but also is the commanding point of regional economic development.Its important role and status has been widely and deeply concerned.China's main ports in the world can not be ignored, in the world's port ranking.China has developed into the world port throughput and container throughput, the fastest growth rate of the country.However, with the rapid development of China's coastal ports, some problems of inland port development have gradually begun to appear, such as relatively lagging development, unbalanced development, lack of modern concept, single function, serious repeated construction and so on.The above problems are caused by the failure to fully study the factors affecting the port competitiveness and the lack of comprehensive analysis of the development orientation and development strategy of the port, so that the decision on port development and planning is not reasonable enough.Therefore, to deepen the theoretical research on port development, to fully grasp the basic operational rules of port development in order to find out the method to enhance the competitiveness of the port, to coordinate the development of port and social economy,It is of great practical significance to push forward the construction of shipping industry in our country in an all-round way.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the main factors that affect the competitiveness of regional ports, and to explore the reasonable ways to develop the ports in Hunan Province under the background of the study of Hunan ports.Firstly, through collecting and summarizing the data, this paper analyzes the three stages of port function development, and generalizes the function of modern port.At the same time, this paper defines the competitiveness of ports in China, and analyzes the characteristics and levels of port competition in China and the characteristics of regional port competition.On this basis, the influencing factors of port competitiveness are analyzed and the evaluation index system is established.Secondly, in view of the fact that the current research on port competitiveness often stays on qualitative analysis and lacks of systematic and quantitative research, this paper uses the method of classified collection to determine the corresponding evaluation index values of seven major ports in Hunan Province.Based on the quantitative principal component calculation, the comprehensive ranking results of the seven ports' comprehensive competitiveness are obtained.Based on the comprehensive evaluation results, this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the competitiveness of the ports in Hunan Province, and makes strategic positioning for the development of the ports in Hunan Province, and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
