SY公司航海人才培训体系优化策略研究

【摘要】:SY公司是一家著名的大型国际航运企业,集装箱总箱位量亚洲第一,世界第三,专业从事集装箱远洋运输工作。它成立于1964年,属于中央企业,即有传统国有企业的特点又兼具航海专业性。随着航海科技与国际经济形势的飞速发展,公司人力资源战略管理工作的重要性日益凸显。航海人才是SY公司的核心资源,已经成为航运企业最核心的竞争力,航海人才队伍的建设已经成为公司人力资源发展战略的重要组成部分。拥有一支高素质的远洋管理队伍是国际航海业快速健康发展的战略要求,而航海人才培训作为优化人力资源管理工作的重要环节得到了高度的重视。在此背景下本论文对SY公司航海人才培训管理体系:需求分析、培训计划制定、培训组织管理实践以及培训效果评估与培训效果转化等方面也进行了深入分析与研究,梳理出该公司在员工培训方面的优势条件与不足。运用国内外员工培训的相关理论提出建立航海人才培训体系优化的总体原则与思路、培训流程、培训效果转化的方案等。力求为SY公司构建出航海人才培训的新模式,对于培养造就一批思想先进、业务精湛、技能超群、管理有方,在业界具有广泛影响力的航海人才,打造世界一流船舶管理和综合服务企业,培育世界一流航海人才队伍有着非常重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:SY company is a famous large international shipping enterprises, a total volume of the container box first in Asia and third in the world, specializing in container shipping work. It was founded in 1964, belongs to the central enterprises, the characteristics of the traditional state-owned enterprises but also the navigation professional. With the rapid development of science and technology and air sea international economic situation. The importance of strategic management of human resources, has become increasingly prominent. Marine talents is the core resource of SY company, has become the core competitiveness of shipping enterprises, the construction of marine talents has become an important part of the company's human resources development strategy. With a high-quality management team is required to ocean international maritime industry healthy and rapid development strategy while sailing training, as an important part of the optimization of human resources management has been paid high attention. Under this background, this thesis of SY The company of marine talents training management system: needs analysis, training plan, training organization and management practice and training effect evaluation and training effectiveness has also conducted in-depth analysis and research, combing the advantage of the company in terms of employee training and lack of related theories at home and abroad. The staff training was proposed to establish the overall principles and ideas navigation, personnel training system to optimize the training process, the training effect of transformation scheme. In order to construct a new mode of marine talents training for the SY company, to bring up a group of advanced ideas, business skills, skills superior, good management has extensive influence in the industry of marine talents, build a world-class shipbuilding management and integrated services the ranks of the world first-class enterprises, cultivating marine talents has very important practical significance.
