聊城公交集团发展战略研究

【摘要】：随着聊城城市化进程的逐步加快,城市交通拥堵和交通污染也日益严重。科学并“优先发展城市公共交通”已成为各级政府重视且必须解决的问题。然而聊城的城市公共交通事业作为国有资源,其事权分割、多家经营、恶意竞争等状况,使唯一具有省级公交客运资质的市管国有企业聊城公交集团,面临巨大的生存与发展压力。本文对聊城公交集团目前面临的生存发展环境进行了研究分析,利用SWOT分析方法,对聊城公交集团面临的优势、劣势、机会及威胁进行深入讨论、认真分析,从而找出适合聊城公交集团的发展战略。本文共分两大部分,一部分是前言,另一部分是正文。前言讲述了本文的研究背景、意义以及理论概述。正文主要由三部分组成：1、公共交通行业及聊城公共交通集团现状,主要讲述聊城公交集团目前的组织结构、经营状况及其在同行业中所处的环境；2、针对聊城公交集团经营环境(外部环境和内部环境)运用PEST分析模型、波特五力分析模型等研究方法从政治、经济、社会、文化、技术、组织等方面进行分析,为制定和实施聊城公交集团发展战略提供依据；3、明确聊城公交集团的发展战略,并进一步确定聊城公交集团发展战略能够实现的实施和保障措施,包括外在、内部环境的改善上、主副业的拓展上、内强素质外树形象的打造上、市场改善和客服提升上等方面提出了配套支撑。
[Abstract]:With the urbanization of Liaocheng, traffic congestion and traffic pollution are becoming more and more serious.Scientific and "priority development of urban public transport" has become a problem that governments at all levels attach importance to and must be solved.However, as a state-owned resource, Liaocheng's urban public transport industry, with its power division, multiple operations, malicious competition and so on, has made the Liaocheng Public Transport Group, the only state-owned enterprise that has the qualification of provincial public transport, managed it.Facing enormous pressure of survival and development.This paper studies and analyzes the living and developing environment that Liaocheng Public Transport Group is facing at present. Using the SWOT analysis method, it makes a thorough discussion on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Liaocheng bus Group.In order to find out suitable for Liaocheng bus group development strategy.This paper is divided into two parts, one is the preface, the other is the text.The preface describes the research background, significance and theoretical overview of this paper.The text is mainly composed of three parts: 1, the public transport industry and Liaocheng Public Transport Group, mainly about the current structure of Liaocheng Public Transport Group.The business situation and its environment in the same industry, aiming at Liaocheng Public Transport Group's operating environment (external and internal environment), using PEST analysis model, Porter's five-force analysis model and other research methods from politics, economy, society, culture, technology, etc.Organization and other aspects of the analysis, for the formulation and implementation of Liaocheng bus group development strategy to provide a basis for the development of Liaocheng bus group to clarify the development strategy, and further determine the Liaocheng bus group development strategy can be implemented and safeguard measures,Including the improvement of external, internal environment, the expansion of the main and sideline industry, the creation of external image of strong quality, the improvement of market and the promotion of customer service.
