江西省高速集团人力资源管理信息系统的实施与改进

【摘要】：江西省高速公路投资集团有限责任公司（以下简称“省高速集团”）前身是传统的事业单位原江西省高等级公路管理局。2010年经江西省人民政府批准，在江西高速公路投资发展（控股）有限公司的基础上，成功整合省属高速公路管理单位，组建成立的负责省属高速公路投资、建设、经营等工作的国有独资有限责任公司。如何树立现代人力资源管理理念，运用现代人力资源管理技术，构建统一的人力资源信息化网络平台，动态直观地反映人力资源管理信息，，为集团科学人力资源管理提供决策支持，将集团所属路段管理中心、下属子公司人力资源管理置于一个统一的管理信息系统中，以支持集团战略的实施，是当前江西高速集团亟待解决的问题，也是本论文研究的宗旨。怎样有力实施和有效管理人力资源信息系统，怎样在人力资源信息系统运行的过程中不断健全完善，就是本文研究的主要的内容。将人力资源管理理论及信息管理系统理论运用到江西省高速公路行业人力资源信息化管理中是本文的研究特色与创新之处。本文将分析江西省高速公路行业人力资源管理及其信息化存在的问题，研究了高速公路企业人力资源管理及其信息化的现状，提出能够充分利用高速公路行业资源、符合高速公路行业发展特点的人力资源信息化方案，为中国高速公路行业（尤其是集团性质）的人力资源管理工作者如何设计企业信息化人力资源管理方案提供了新的思路。笔者也将在研究中不断尝试运用新的人力资源管理理念，为国内公路行业人力资源管理信息化的工作提供有创新性的建设方案。由于笔者水平有限，本次研究还有许多未尽人意之处，肯请各方面多加指教和谅解，笔者将在今后的研究中逐步将以完善。
[Abstract]:Jiangxi Provincial Expressway Investment Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Provincial High Speed Group") was formerly the traditional institution of Jiangxi Provincial Highway Administration Bureau. It was approved by the Jiangxi Provincial people's Government in 2010.On the basis of Jiangxi Expressway Investment Development (holding) Co., Ltd., a wholly state-owned limited liability company, which is responsible for the investment, construction and management of provincial expressway, has been established.How to set up the modern human resource management idea, apply the modern human resource management technology, construct the unified human resource information network platform, dynamically and intuitively reflect the human resources management information,To provide decision support for scientific human resource management of the group, and put the human resource management of its affiliated road section management center and subsidiary company in a unified management information system to support the implementation of the group strategy.Jiangxi high-speed group is the urgent problem to be solved, but also the purpose of this paper.How to implement and manage human resource information system effectively and how to perfect human resource information system continuously are the main contents of this paper.It is the characteristic and innovation of this paper to apply the theory of human resource management and information management system to the information management of expressway industry in Jiangxi province.This paper will analyze the problems of expressway industry human resource management and its informatization in Jiangxi Province, study the present situation of expressway enterprise human resource management and informatization, and put forward that we can make full use of expressway industry resources.The scheme of human resource informatization, which accords with the characteristics of expressway industry, provides a new idea for the human resource management workers of China expressway industry (especially group) how to design the enterprise informatization human resource management scheme.The author will also try to use the new idea of human resource management in the research to provide the innovative construction plan for the information work of human resource management in the domestic highway industry.Due to the limited level of the author, there are still many unsatisfying points in this study. If we can ask all aspects to give more advice and understanding, the author will gradually improve the research in the future.
