中远船务CPS信息化项目管理案例研究

【摘要】：随着社会经济的迅速发展,项目管理在各行各业已得到广泛应用,伴随着信息技术的不断提升,信息化在现代企业管理中起到关键作用。如何做好企业的信息化项目建设和管理,是企业目前急待解决的问题。由于管理信息系统不同于工程项目,他具有人机互动的特点,更强调人的作用,并且在项目过程中常进行需求的变更,因此信息化项目的项目管理方法具有特殊性。在我国一些大小企业开展信息化建设中,取到了良好的经济和社会效果,也提升企业管理和核心竞争能力。但是通过实践分析,企业在进行信息化项目建设时,缺乏行之有效的项目管理方法、没有很好的对项目的范围、过程、风险及质量控制和管理是导致失败的一个主要因素。项目管理学的原理和方法为我们解决企业信息化项目提供了理论依据。正基于此,本文以中远船务信息化项目管理为选题,在介绍了中远船务的现状和未来发展方向的基础上采用理论与实践相结合、个案分析与比较等研究方法,始终围绕中远船务CPS项目展开阐述,分别从项目的范围管理、过程管理、风险管理及质量管理四个方面分析项目管理存在的问题。通过采用平衡业务部门提出的需求,来保证项目范围不会被无限制的扩大；通过目标为向导,根据目标反馈信息及时调整实施方案或时间进度,来控制项目的质量;通过项目的启动、计划、实施、控制和验收各过程管理和控制来降低项目风险。最后通过分析了中远船务CPS系统建设项目的具体实施过程发现了项目管理中的一些问题,并给出项目管理的建议。由于中远船务集团是一家大型跨地区的央视企业,作为一个典型的制造行业的信息化项目,其成功的项目实施管理经验对企业的信息化项目的实施提供参考和借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, project management has been widely used in various industries. With the continuous improvement of information technology, information plays a key role in modern enterprise management. How to do well the construction and management of enterprise information project is an urgent problem to be solved. Because the management information system is different from the engineering project, it has the characteristics of man-machine interaction, emphasizes the role of human beings, and often changes the requirements in the process of the project, so the project management method of the information project has its particularity. In the informatization construction of some large and small enterprises in our country, good economic and social effects have been obtained, and the management and core competitiveness of enterprises have also been improved. However, through practical analysis, the lack of effective project management methods and the lack of good scope, process, risk and quality control and management of the project are the main factors leading to the failure of the enterprise. The principles and methods of project management provide a theoretical basis for us to solve the enterprise information project. Based on this, this paper chooses the project management of COSCO's shipping information as the topic, and introduces the present situation and future development direction of COSCO's shipping affairs. Based on the introduction of the research methods, such as the combination of theory and practice, case analysis and comparison, etc. The problems of project management are analyzed from four aspects: project scope management, process management, risk management and quality management. The project scope will not be expanded without limitation by balancing the demands of the business department, and the quality of the project can be controlled by adjusting the implementation plan or time schedule according to the feedback information of the target. Reduce project risk through project initiation, planning, implementation, control and acceptance process management and control. Finally, some problems in project management are found through the analysis of the concrete implementation process of COSCO CPS system construction project, and some suggestions for project management are given. As COSCO Shipping Group is a large cross-regional CCTV enterprise, as a typical information project in manufacturing industry, its successful project management experience provides reference and reference for the implementation of enterprise information project.
