【摘要】:随着我国社会经济的发展,近年来航空运输业保持高速增长的势头,人们出行更加追求便捷、舒适和温馨的个性化服务。面对民航旅客的新变化、新特点、新要求,机场VIP服务作为高端服务产品受到了前所未有的关注。内蒙古民航机场通过实施主辅剥离和专业化重组,实现非航业务专业化经营,组建了内蒙古空港贵宾服务有限公司(以下简称“内蒙贵宾”)。正是在这两项背景下,内蒙空港贵宾服务有限公司如何能更好的顺应形势的发展,增加竞争力,将自身业务做精做细,使自己在市场中占有一席之地是其管理层一致关注的焦点。因此有必要对内蒙贵宾的发展战略进行分析研究,为贵宾公司未来指出一条明确的发展道路。 本文通过对内蒙空港贵宾服务有限公司所处背景、发展历史进行阐述与回顾,从内蒙贵宾所处宏观环境与行业环境,自身具备的资源条件与能力条件四个纬度展开客观分析,把脉内蒙贵宾面临的机遇与挑战,自身优势与劣势,借助于SWOT分析图表,最终确定内蒙贵宾的战略目标是:成为中国北方地区服务一流、品质卓越、功能齐全的要客服务运营商,将自身锻造成一支在国内贵宾行业颇具影响力的贵宾服务品牌。继而提出内蒙贵宾应该制定并具体实施资源扩张战略、产品战略、品牌战略、人力资源战略、市场战略、网络信息化战略这六项战略来实现该战略目标。期望内蒙贵宾通过实施本文提出的发展战略,成为国内贵宾行业的典范,独创出一套可供其他类似贵宾企业效仿的发展模式。 通过本文的撰写,为内蒙贵宾管理层从全方位角度了解公司所处的内外部环境提供客观依据。希望本文所提出的内蒙贵宾清晰化的发展战略能为管理层提供借鉴,为其今后的工作做出指导。同时引发更多的学者和专家关注机场贵宾行业,对贵宾这个新兴行业进行探索。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy in our country, the air transportation industry has maintained the momentum of rapid growth in recent years, people travel more convenient, comfortable and warm personalized service. Facing the new changes, new features and new requirements of civil aviation passengers, airport VIP service as a high-end service product has received unprecedented attention. The Inner Mongolia civil aviation airport realizes the specialized operation of non-aviation business through the implementation of main and auxiliary stripping and specialized reorganization, and sets up Inner Mongolia Airport VIP Service Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Inner Mongolia VIPs). It is in these two backgrounds that how can Inner Mongolia Airport VIP Service Co., Ltd. Better adapt to the development of the situation, increase its competitiveness, and make its own business more detailed? Making yourself a place in the market is the focus of its management. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and study the development strategy of Inner Mongolia VIPs, and point out a clear development path for VIPs in the future. Based on the background and development history of Inner Mongolia Airport VIP Service Co., Ltd., this paper makes an objective analysis from the macro environment and industry environment of Inner Mongolia VIP, the resource conditions and capability conditions of Inner Mongolia VIPs. With the help of SWOT analysis chart, the strategic goal of Inner Mongolia VIPs is to become a first-class service, excellent quality and excellent quality in the northern part of China, taking into account the opportunities and challenges, advantages and disadvantages faced by the Inner Mongolia VIPs, and with the help of the SWOT analysis chart, The fully functional customer service operator has forged itself into an influential VIP service brand in the domestic VIP industry. Then the author puts forward that Inner Mongolia VIPs should formulate and implement the six strategies of resource expansion, product strategy, brand strategy, human resource strategy, market strategy and network information strategy to realize this strategic goal. It is expected that the Inner Mongolia VIPs will become the model of domestic VIP industry by implementing the development strategy proposed in this paper and create a new development model for other similar VIP enterprises. Through the writing of this paper, provide objective basis for Inner Mongolia VIP management to understand the internal and external environment of the company from a comprehensive perspective. It is hoped that the development strategy of Inner Mongolia VIPs presented in this paper can provide reference to the management and guide its future work. At the same time, more scholars and experts pay attention to the airport VIP industry, to explore this new industry.
