大城市铁路物流资源整合问题研究

【摘要】:摘要:城市化进程的加快促使城市物流进入了一个高速发展的新阶段,随着城市物流组织和规模的不断扩大,给城市带来的问题日益突出。特别是人口基数大、地理范围广、贸易来往多的大城市,在交通拥堵、物价上升、环境污染等方面的问题更加突出,给大城市带来了重大的挑战和难题。 我国城市物流的理论和实践经验还不丰富,从国外发达国家经验来看,在大城市中发展铁路物流能有效地解决物流发展带来的诸多问题。但是,近年来,我国铁路物流所占现代物流的比重在逐年下降,究其原因,铁路物流资源利用不高、铁路物流节点布局分散等方面的问题是重点因素,影响了铁路物流能力的进一步增强。针对这些问题,本论文提出基于Agent-网格化管理的大城市铁路物流资源整合方案,对大城市铁路物流资源的布局和结构进行调整,完善了大城市铁路物流系统的流程。 通过调整大城市铁路物流资源的布局结构,提高物流资源的利用效率和产业集中度,解决资源分散、浪费的问题;完善大城市铁路物流系统的流程,提高大城市铁路物流系统的竞争力和服务能力,为客户带来更方便的服务。 本论文主要内容包括以下几个方面: (1)对大城市铁路物流资源的内涵进行研究,找出大城市铁路物流资源现状中存在的问题,提出资源整合的必要性和可行性,进而定性地讨论整合过程需要把握的基本原则和整合的基本思路。 (2)结合整合大城市铁路物流资源的基本思路,吸收Agent技术和网格化管理在物流资源整合问题上的经验,论文提出运用Agent技术和网格化管理技术对大城市铁路物流资源进行研究的思想,充分考虑资源的客观条件和客户的主观选择能力,逐条分析基于Agent-网格化管理的大城市铁路物流资源整合的逻辑结构,建立整合体系。 (3)根据基于Agent-网格化管理的大城市铁路物流资源整合体系,建立仿真模型,通过算例验证了模型的可行性并以青岛市为实例对模型的实用性进行了研究。从定量的角度对大城市铁路物流资源的利用和布局进行了调整,实现了大城市铁路物流资源整合的整体优化。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the rapid development of urban logistics, urban logistics has entered a new stage of rapid development. With the continuous expansion of urban logistics organization and scale, the problems brought to the city become increasingly prominent. Especially in the large cities with large population base, wide geographical range and much trade, the problems in traffic congestion, rising prices and environmental pollution are more prominent, which brings great challenges and difficulties to big cities. The theory and practical experience of urban logistics in our country is not rich. From the experience of developed countries, the development of railway logistics in big cities can effectively solve many problems brought by the development of logistics. However, in recent years, the proportion of railway logistics in modern logistics in China is decreasing year by year. The reasons are that the utilization of railway logistics resources is not high, the distribution of railway logistics nodes is the key factor. Affected the railway logistics capacity to further enhance. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward the integration scheme of railway logistics resources based on Agent-grid management, adjusts the layout and structure of railway logistics resources in big cities, and perfects the flow of railway logistics system in big cities. By adjusting the layout structure of railway logistics resources in big cities, improving the utilization efficiency and industrial concentration degree of logistics resources, solving the problems of dispersion and waste of resources, perfecting the process of railway logistics system in big cities, Improve the competitiveness and service capacity of large-city railway logistics system, bring more convenient services to customers. The main contents of this thesis include the following aspects: 1) to study the connotation of railway logistics resources in big cities, to find out the problems existing in the present situation of railway logistics resources in big cities, and to put forward the necessity and feasibility of the integration of resources. Then qualitatively discuss the basic principles and basic ideas of integration process. Combining with the basic ideas of integrating railway logistics resources in big cities, absorbing the experience of Agent technology and grid management in the integration of logistics resources, This paper puts forward the idea of using Agent technology and grid management technology to study the railway logistics resources in big cities, fully considering the objective conditions of resources and the subjective choice ability of customers. The logical structure of railway logistics resources integration based on Agent-grid management is analyzed, and the integration system is established. According to the integrated system of railway logistics resources based on Agent-grid management, the simulation model is established. The feasibility of the model is verified by an example and the practicability of the model is studied by taking Qingdao as an example. In this paper, the utilization and distribution of railway logistics resources in big cities are adjusted from a quantitative point of view, and the overall optimization of the integration of railway logistics resources in big cities is realized.
