南航北方分公司企业文化建设与青年员工发展对策研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济社会改革发展的不断深化与国内民航市场竞争的持续升级,中国南方航空股份有限公司(China Southern Airlines Company Limited,以下简称“南航”)为迎合其国际化规模网络型航空公司的战略转型目标,在原有企业文化的基础上,进一步发展创新出以“顾客至上、尊重员工、追求卓越、持续创新、爱心回报”为核心理念的南航企业文化。南航北方分公司作为南航的一级分公司,按照南航的总体部署不断加强企业文化建设,助力南航战略转型。 在中国南方航空股份有限公司北方分公司(以下简称“公司”)的改革发展过程中,青年员工作为主力军,为公司的发展建设做出了应有的贡献,但同时也出现了一些青年群体所特有的焦点问题,给公司的稳定和发展带来了一定的影响。青年员工是公司发展的未来,也是当前公司开展企业文化建设的主体。如何解决青年员工发展所遇到的问题,提升青年员工对企业文化的认知度,继而凝聚青年员工立足岗位成才,为企业文化建设、为公司的转型发展做出更大的贡献对南航北方分公司企业文化工作具有重要的意义。 本文通过对企业文化的功能和青年员工发展所需的个人及公司环境因素进行了详细分析,得出了企业文化对青年员工发展的作用机理;然后对南航北方分公司企业文化工作现状及制约青年员工发展的问题结合实际事例进行了深入分析;最后从企业文化建设的角度提出了促进青年发展的具体对策,从而在强化企业文化建设的同时,为青年员工发展构建环境、搭建平台。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic and social reform in China and the continuous upgrading of competition in the domestic civil aviation market, In order to cater for the strategic transformation goal of its internationalized network airlines, China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd. has further developed and innovated to "customer first" on the basis of its original corporate culture. Respect for employees, pursuit of excellence, continuous innovation, love return "as the core concept of the business culture of China Southern Airlines." Northern branch of China Southern Airlines as a branch of China Southern Airlines, according to the overall arrangement of China Southern Airlines to strengthen the corporate culture construction, to help the strategic transformation of Southern Airlines. In the process of reform and development of the Northern Branch of China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company"), young employees, as the main force, have made due contributions to the development and construction of the company. But at the same time, there are some special focus problems of the youth groups, which have a certain impact on the stability and development of the company. Young employees are the future of the company's development and the main body of corporate culture construction. How to solve the problems encountered in the development of young employees, enhance the awareness of young employees to the corporate culture, and then gather young employees based on the position of talent, for the construction of corporate culture, To make greater contribution to the transformation and development of the company is of great significance to the enterprise culture work of the Northern Branch of China Southern Airlines. Based on the analysis of the function of corporate culture and the personal and corporate environmental factors needed for the development of young employees, this paper concludes the mechanism of the effect of corporate culture on the development of young employees. Then, the paper makes a deep analysis of the current situation of enterprise cultural work and the problems restricting the development of young employees in the northern branch of China Southern Airlines combined with practical examples, and finally puts forward some concrete countermeasures to promote the development of youth from the perspective of enterprise culture construction. In order to strengthen the construction of corporate culture, for the development of young employees to build an environment, build a platform.
