中交天航局船舶公司企业文化建设的优化研究

【摘要】:企业文化作为社会大文化下的一个子系统,客观地存在于每一个企业之中。优秀的企业文化将极大地促进企业的发展,反之则将削弱企业的组织功能。我国已有越来越多的企业开始注重并自觉进行企业文化的建设,迄今为止,我国企业文化的研究主要集中在企业文化内涵、企业文化与企业战略、企业文化与科技创新、企业管理等方面,但在实际层面的理论研究比较少。正是基于此,笔者拟在企业文化建设及落地方面进行深入思考,系统梳理和归纳,力求通过企业文化落地建设,使得企业文化的建设具有前瞻性、传承性、实效性及可操作性,并且深入到企业战略、生产运营、人力资源管理、品牌建设、质量管理等等企业管理各个方面,进而成为企业持续发展的基因,以期对以船舶公司为代表的中交天航局有限公司如何保持基业常青提供借鉴。 本文的第一章是绪论。通过介绍本文的研究背景、目的和意义、研究思路、研究方法及论文的结构安排等方面内容,为本文开篇做好准备;第二章是通过理论探讨分析企业文化建设的相关基本理论如国内外研究现状、企业文化的内涵、功能、培育建设等,为全文的研究做好理论铺垫;第三章是通过企业文化建设的发展背景、组织系统、地域文化等方面对天航局船舶公司企业文化建设的背景及现状进行全面而系统的分析;’第四章是从企业战略实施、辐射企业管理运营、支撑企业品牌实现等方面系统分析企业文化建设落地的必要性。结合船舶公司企业文化落地效果分析及建设落地存在问题,承上启下,为全文论述重点做好基础工作;第五章是本文论述的重点和落脚点。对接第三、四章节论述内容,结合船舶公司企业文化建设诸多成果如基本原则、“6J”特色船舶文化的实践经验,得出船舶公司企业文化践行的实施效果及本课题研究的结论。同时,接轨中交天航局企业文化总体战略要求,做好船舶公司企业文化建设,从战略层面对下一步企业文化建设体系提出优化设计和实践途径。 通过本文的研究,笔者拟在中交天航局船舶公司企业文化建设现状的基础上,按照“六个基”的天航文化建设总规划,结合中交天航局“十二五”发展战略及“精细化管理年”各项要求,对船舶公司企业文化建设进行进一步深入探讨、思考与研究。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture, as a subsystem of social culture, exists objectively in every enterprise. Excellent corporate culture will greatly promote the development of enterprises, otherwise it will weaken the organizational function of enterprises. More and more enterprises in our country have begun to pay attention to and consciously carry out the construction of corporate culture. Up to now, the research on corporate culture has mainly focused on the connotation of corporate culture, corporate culture and enterprise strategy, corporate culture and technological innovation. However, there are few theoretical studies on the practical level of enterprise management. Based on this, the author intends to think deeply about the construction and landing of enterprise culture, systematically combing and summing up, in order to make the construction of enterprise culture forward-looking, inheritable, effective and operable through the construction of enterprise culture. And goes deep into the enterprise strategy, the production operation, the human resources management, the brand construction, the quality management and so on enterprise management each aspect, then becomes the enterprise sustainable development gene, The purpose is to provide reference to how to maintain the evergreen of the foundation industry of China Jiaotian Aviation Bureau Co., Ltd, which is represented by the shipping company. The first chapter of this paper is the introduction. Through the introduction of the research background, purpose and significance, research ideas, research methods and the structure of the paper to prepare for the beginning of this paper; The second chapter is to analyze the basic theories of corporate culture construction through theoretical analysis, such as the current situation of domestic and foreign research, the connotation, function, cultivation and construction of corporate culture. The third chapter is through the enterprise culture construction development background, the organization system, the region culture and so on aspect carries on the comprehensive and systematic analysis to the Tianhang bureau shipping company enterprise culture construction background and the present situation. The fourth chapter is carries out from the enterprise strategy. This paper systematically analyzes the necessity of enterprise culture construction in the aspects of radiation enterprise management and operation, supporting enterprise brand realization and so on. Combining with the analysis of the landing effect of the shipbuilding company's enterprise culture and the problems existing in the construction landing, this paper makes a good foundation work for the full text, and the fifth chapter is the focus and the foothold of this article. The third and fourth chapters discuss the contents, combined with the basic principles and the practical experience of the "6J" characteristic ship culture, the author draws the conclusion of the implementation of the corporate culture practice of the shipping company and the conclusion of this research. At the same time, in line with the overall strategic requirements of corporate culture in the Department of Communications and Aviation, the construction of the corporate culture of the shipping company should be done well, and the optimal design and practical approach to the next step of the enterprise culture construction system should be put forward from the strategic level. Through the research of this paper, the author intends to base on the present situation of the enterprise culture construction of the shipping company of China Jiaojiao Tianhang Bureau, according to the "six bases" master plan for the construction of Tianhang culture, Combined with the development strategy of "the twelfth five-year plan" and the requirements of "fine management year", the enterprise culture construction of shipping company is further discussed, considered and studied.
