武广高铁对其湖南省沿线区域空间结构重组的影响研究

【摘要】:2008年,根据新调整的《中国铁路中长期发展规划》,计划到2020年,建立省会城市及主要大中城市间的快速客运通道,规划建设以“四纵四横”高速铁路为骨架的铁路快速客运网络。在此背景下,武广高速铁路作为“四纵”之一的京广高铁的南段,成为国家第一批立项建设的客运铁路专线,该高铁起始于武汉市的新武汉站,经咸宁、赤壁、岳阳、长沙、株洲、衡阳、郴州、韶关、花都,到达广州南站,横贯鄂、湘、粤三省,全长1069公里,途经11个地级市,于2009年12月26号正式开通运营。 高速铁路产生的“时空压缩”效应,使得其沿线城市的可达性得到改变,越来越多的学者开始关注高速铁路对其沿线区域经济、城镇体系、区域空间结构等方面的影响。 本文就是基于高速铁路对其沿线区域空间结构现状特征、形成机理、重组等进行分析,按照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路组织全文框架。全文一共分为六章。第一章阐述了论文的研究背景及意义,然后就国内外学者对于高速铁路与区域空间结构及重组等相关研究进行了综述,在此基础上,确定了论文的研究框架、内容和方法,界定了相关概念和研究范围,以及本文可能的创新点。第二章是基础理论部分,主要是梳理国内外关于区域与区域空间结构、交通运输与区域空间结构的相关理论,第三章是根据实证数据,对湖南省武广高铁沿线区域空间结构的现状特征进行分析,第四章是对其现状特征进行分析,找出湖南省武广高铁沿线区域空间结构现状特征的形成机理,第五章是根据现状特征、形成机理,提出一些湖南省武广高铁沿线区域空间重组的具体调控措施。第六章总结了本文主要结论,指出了文中所存在的不足之处,归纳了今后应该继续努力的方向。
[Abstract]:In 2008, according to the newly adjusted "medium and long term Development Plan for Chinese Railways", it is planned to establish a rapid passenger transport corridor between provincial capitals and major large and medium-sized cities by 2020. Planning and construction of the "four vertical and four horizontal" high-speed railway as the skeleton of the railway rapid passenger network. In this context, the southern section of the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway, which is one of the "four columns", has become the first passenger dedicated railway line to be built in the country. The high-speed railway started at the new Wuhan Station in Wuhan City and passed through Xianning, Chibi, Yueyang and Changsha. Zhuzhou, Hengyang, Chenzhou, Shaoguan, Huadu, to Guangzhou South Station, across Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong three provinces, the total length of 1069 kilometers, through 11 prefecture-level cities, officially opened on December 26, 2009. The "space-time compression" effect of high-speed railway has changed the accessibility of the cities along its route. More and more scholars have begun to pay attention to the impact of high-speed railway on the regional economy, urban system, regional spatial structure and so on. This paper is based on the high-speed railway analysis of the current status of the regional spatial structure along its characteristics, formation mechanism, reorganization, etc., according to put forward the problem, analyze the problem, solve the problem to organize the framework of the full text. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter describes the research background and significance of the paper, and then summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars on high-speed railway and regional spatial structure and reorganization and other related research, on the basis of this, determine the research framework, content and methods of the paper. Define the relevant concepts and research scope, as well as the possible innovation of this paper. The second chapter is the basic theory part, mainly combing the domestic and foreign related theories about the regional and regional spatial structure, transportation and regional spatial structure. The third chapter is based on the empirical data. This paper analyzes the present characteristics of the regional spatial structure along the Wu-Guang high-speed railway line in Hunan Province. The fourth chapter analyzes the present situation characteristics and finds out the formation mechanism of the present regional spatial structure characteristics along the Wu-Guang high-speed rail line in Hunan Province. In the fifth chapter, according to the characteristics of the present situation and the formation mechanism, some specific control measures are put forward for the spatial reorganization of the region along the Wu-Guang high-speed railway line in Hunan Province. The sixth chapter summarizes the main conclusions of this paper, points out the shortcomings of the paper, and summarizes the direction of future efforts.
