吉林省道桥工程建设集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:吉林道桥工程建设集团前身是通化道桥建设有限公司,公司成立于1998年,并与2011完成集团化改造。该企业目前是吉林省内为数不多的具有国家公路工程施工总承包一级资质的民营基础设施建设企业。在15年的发展历程中,吉林道桥集团把握住了两次国家在道路桥梁方面建设加大投入的好机会,一次是20世纪90年代末,国家加大基础道路桥梁建设的投入;一次是21世纪初,国家在“村村通”路面硬化方面的大力投入;这两次政策性投入使得吉林道桥集团获得发展的绝佳机遇,迅速成长扩大,人员规模从公司成立初期的200人,发展到2000余人;营业收入从成立初期的400万,发现到现在近30个亿。虽然在过去的十五年里,吉林道桥集团取得优异的成绩,但随着外部政治、经济环境的不断变化和企业不断扩大后,内部存在的问题日益显现,给正处于发展阶段的吉林道桥集团的发展也带来的巨大的挑战和压力。而在面临着国家加大对高速公路建设方面投资这个新的机遇,吉林道桥集团能够有效地利用现有的优势资源,公司的核心能力,获得更大更新的竞争优势,这些都离不开企业战略的制定。结合企业的实际情况,充分认清企业自身的核心能力及存在问题,,充分识别其所面临的外部机遇与威胁,从而制定正确而能够满足企业长期发展的战略,对于吉林道桥集团而言具有现实的意义。本论文以民营基础设施施工企业吉林道桥集团制定发展战略过程为主线,共分六个章节进行阐述和论证。第1章介绍了吉林道桥集团发展战略研究的选题背景和国内外研究现状,对论文的思路和主要内容进行了说明。第2章对企业战略管理、企业发展战略管理以及在本篇论文要用的几种分析模型进行了阐述。第3章首先对吉林道桥集团的基本情况和发展现状进行了介绍,然后对企业目前存在的问题的主要原因进行了分析,以更好的了解企业;第4章,首先对企业发展战略制定的参与要素(外部环境和内部环境)进行分析,然后运用SWOT分析工具对目前吉林道桥内外部情况作了整体分析。第5章本着扬长避短的原则,制定了企业的发展战略。第6章在第5章确定的发展战略基础上,指出了吉林道桥集团发展战略实施的相关业务保障措施。
[Abstract]:Jilin Road Bridge Engineering Construction Group was founded in 1998 and completed group transformation with 2011, its predecessor is Tonghua Road Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. At present, this enterprise is one of the few private infrastructure construction enterprises in Jilin Province, which has the first class qualification of national highway construction general contract. In its 15 years of development, Jilin Road and Bridge Group has grasped two good opportunities for the state to increase investment in road and bridge construction, one in the late 1990s, the other in the beginning of the 21st century. The national investment in "village and village" road surface hardening; these two policy inputs make Jilin Daoqiao Group obtain the excellent opportunity of development, grow rapidly and expand, the personnel scale grows from 200 people at the initial stage of the company to more than 2000 people; Operating income from the initial 4 million, found to now nearly 3 billion. Although the Jilin Daoqiao Group has made outstanding achievements in the past 15 years, with the continuous changes in the external political and economic environment and the continuous expansion of enterprises, the internal problems have become increasingly apparent. The development of Jilin Daqiao Group is in the stage of development, which also brings great challenges and pressures. In the face of new opportunities for the state to increase investment in highway construction, Jilin Daoqiao Group can effectively utilize its existing superior resources, the company's core competencies, and obtain a more updated competitive advantage. These are inseparable from the formulation of enterprise strategy. Combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, it fully recognizes the core competence and existing problems of the enterprise itself, fully recognizes the external opportunities and threats it faces, and formulates a correct strategy that can meet the long-term development of the enterprise. For Jilin Road Bridge Group has practical significance. This paper takes Jilin Daoqiao Group, a private infrastructure construction enterprise, as the main line to formulate the development strategy. It is divided into six chapters to elaborate and demonstrate. The first chapter introduces the background of Jilin Daoqiao Group's development strategy research and the current research situation at home and abroad, and explains the ideas and main contents of the paper. In chapter 2, the strategic management of enterprise, the strategic management of enterprise development and several analytical models used in this paper are expounded. The third chapter first introduces the basic situation and development status of Jilin Daoqiao Group, and then analyzes the main reasons of the existing problems in order to better understand the enterprise; Chapter 4, Firstly, the paper analyzes the factors of enterprise development strategy (external environment and internal environment), and then makes an overall analysis of the internal and external situation of Jilin Road and Bridge by using the SWOT analysis tool. Chapter 5, in line with the principle of promoting strengths and circumventing weaknesses, formulates the development strategy of enterprises. On the basis of the development strategy defined in Chapter 5, the sixth chapter points out the relevant business guarantee measures for the implementation of the development strategy of Jilin Daoqiao Group.
