西安地铁运营分公司企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:随着企业的发展和变化,企业文化的推进被越来越多的企业所重视。西安地铁运营分公司在企业文化建设方面进行了大量的研究和实践,取得了一定效果。但由于成立时间过短,西安地铁运营分公司在企业文化的管理和相关措施实行上还存在着一些薄弱环节,这就在一定程度上制约了企业文化目的和作用的发挥。本文研究的目的在于为西安地铁运营分公司制定合适的企业文化建设策略,以凝聚公司员工的力量,全面推进地铁安全、稳定、有效的运转,同时提升运营分公司自身的实力和影响力,使公司处于良性循环的发展。 本文根据有关企业文化的理念、企业文化的层次、企业文化的功能等理论,描述了西安地铁运营分公司的企业文化建设的现状。通过运用文献研究分析法、实地考察法、访谈法等方法,对运营分公司企业文化建设中存在的问题进行了较为深入的研究。同时,针对这些问题从文化理念层、制度行为层、符号层、建设实务层等层面提出整套优化方案;除此之外,还从企业文化的落地角度详细讨论了设立有效的企业文化传播渠道、除虚务实各项制度及工作、推行刚柔互补的管理方式以及积极发扬领导者的示范作用的具体实施策略和实施技巧,从而解决了企业文化理念与行为的零距离契合的问题。 本论文选题来自于地铁行业企业文化管理的实践,这在一定程度上丰富并完善了该行业企业文化的理论研究成果。同时有助于西安地铁运营分公司企业文化建设的深入推行和企业文化战略的实施,具有一定的实践性,可为辅助领导决策提供一定的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development and change of enterprises, more and more enterprises attach importance to the promotion of corporate culture. Xi'an Subway Operation Branch has carried out a lot of research and practice in the aspect of enterprise culture construction, and has achieved certain results. However, due to the short time of establishment, there are still some weak links in the management of enterprise culture and the implementation of related measures in Xi'an Metro operating Branch, which to a certain extent restricts the purpose and function of enterprise culture. The purpose of this study is to establish appropriate corporate culture construction strategies for Xi'an Metro Operation Branch, in order to gather the strength of the employees of the company and promote the subway safety, stability and effective operation in an all-round way. At the same time, enhance the strength and influence of the operating branch itself, so that the company is in a virtuous cycle of development. This paper describes the present situation of the construction of enterprise culture in Xi'an Metro Operation Branch according to the theories of the concept of enterprise culture, the level of enterprise culture and the function of enterprise culture. By using the methods of literature analysis, field investigation and interview, this paper makes a deep study on the problems existing in the construction of enterprise culture in the branch company. At the same time, to solve these problems from the cultural concept layer, system behavior layer, symbol layer, construction practice level and other levels of optimization programs; in addition, It also discusses in detail the establishment of effective channels for the dissemination of corporate culture from the perspective of the landing of corporate culture, with the exception of practical systems and work. In order to solve the problem of zero-distance fit between corporate culture concept and behavior, the management mode of rigid and flexible complementary and the concrete implementation strategy and implementation skill of carrying forward the leader's demonstration function actively are carried out, thus solving the problem that the concept of enterprise culture and behavior coincide with each other. This thesis comes from the practice of enterprise culture management in subway industry, which to some extent enriches and perfects the theoretical research results of enterprise culture in this industry. At the same time, it is helpful to carry out the construction of enterprise culture and implement the strategy of enterprise culture in Xi'an Metro Operation Branch.
