北京某公司高速公路事业部发展战略研究

【摘要】::目前在国家政策的引导下高速公路不停车收费(ETC)项目市场进入高速发展阶段,面对诱人的市场前景很多同业竞争者涌入,使得未来的竞争更加激烈。面对公司对事业部行业竞争地位以及市场占有率上的更高要求,事业部目前的内部资源配置、以及对外部环境的适应及有效利用都缺乏长远考虑,急需制定新的发展战略,建立竞争优势,形成良好的态势,进入快速持续发展阶段。事业部发展竞争战略的调整与有效实施就显得尤为急迫和重要。 本文运用战略管理的相关工具,对高速公路事业部外部环境和内部环境进行了详尽分析与客观评价,总结出高速公路事业部所面临的机会与威胁,以及自身所具备的优势与劣势,在此基础上为达到市场占有率大幅上升,同时要应对未来几年市场的不确定性保证持续经营,最终总结出最适合的战略组合:高速公路事业部应以成本领先的战略为主,同时采取前向一体化战略或联盟合作战略以强化高速公路ETC业务的竞争优势,巩固行业市场的领先地位;应采用相关多元化战略,积极做好行业客户资源与技术积累工作,逐步拓展高速公路的信息化应用市场。同时对具体的职能战略(营销战略、工程项目实施战略、研发战略、人力资源战略)进行了选择,对接下来的具体战略实施,将起到引导作用。本文共分为六个部分:引言、外部环境分析、公司内部资源分析、SWOT分析与公司战略制定、职能战略选择、结论与展望。 本文为高速公路事业部选择和制定了适宜的整体发展战略,并提出实施发展战略的保障措施,力求为事业部的经营决策提供科学的依据,进而建立事业部的竞争优势,完成公司下达的经营目标要求。同时,对其它类似企业也可以起到一定的启示和借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:At present, under the guidance of national policy, the ETCproject market of freeway without stopping has entered the stage of high speed development. Facing the attractive market prospect, many competitors are coming in, which makes the competition in the future more intense. In the face of the company's higher demands on the competitive position of the industry and market share of the division, the current internal resource allocation of the division, as well as the lack of long-term consideration for the adaptation and effective use of the external environment, make it urgent to formulate a new development strategy. Establish competitive advantage, form good situation, enter fast and sustainable development stage. The adjustment and effective implementation of the development competition strategy of the division is particularly urgent and important. This paper makes a detailed analysis and objective evaluation of the external and internal environment of the expressway business department by using the relevant tools of strategic management. Summing up the opportunities and threats faced by the expressway business department, as well as its own strengths and weaknesses, in order to achieve a substantial increase in market share, and to cope with the uncertainty of the market in the next few years to ensure continuous operation, Finally summarize the most suitable strategic combination: the expressway business department should take the cost leading strategy as the main, and adopt the forward integration strategy or alliance cooperation strategy to strengthen the competitive advantage of expressway etc business. To consolidate the leading position of the industry market, we should adopt the related diversification strategy, actively do the industry customer resources and technology accumulation work, and gradually expand the information application market of the expressway. At the same time, the specific function strategy (marketing strategy, project implementation strategy, R & D strategy, human resources strategy) is selected, which will play a leading role in the following specific strategy implementation. This paper is divided into six parts: introduction, analysis of external environment, SWOT analysis of internal resources and formulation of company strategy, choice of function strategy, Conclusion and prospect. This paper selects and formulates the appropriate overall development strategy for the expressway business department, and puts forward the safeguard measures to carry out the development strategy, in order to provide the scientific basis for the management decision of the enterprise department. And then establish the competitive advantage of the division, to achieve the company's business objectives requirements. At the same time, other similar enterprises can also play a certain role in inspiration and reference.
