精益管理在珠海港集团的应用研究

【摘要】:珠海港周边港口林立,已经进入残酷的竞争时代,珠海港要想异军突起,走出自己的快速发展之路,除要充分利用优良港口资源加快基础设施建设和全力推进对外合作商务拓展以外,还要在提高码头作业效率、降低营运成本、提升服务质量等方面予以强化,即必须通过现代化管理锻造珠海港自身的核心竞争能力。全面培养精益管理理念,全力打造精益物流服务体系是珠海港运营管理从传统、粗放化跃升为现代、标准化的一个值得探究的解决方案。 本文以珠海港控股集团有限公司为背景,结合其码头公司的精益管理实践来开展研究。 首先,对精益管理理论进行探讨,表述精益生产的概念和内涵,精益生产和精益思想的产生和发展,对精益思想的内涵做出讨论,并以此为基础,分析研究港口物流企业实施精益管理的理论现实意义。 其次,对珠三角港口物流业发展现状进行研究,分析珠海港当前面对的机遇与挑战,提出珠海港由大向强转变,应加快企业管理模式创新并提高管理先进化水平,进而提出应用精益管理理论的必要性。 同时,结合珠海港集团运营实际和管理现状,论证珠海港集团开展精益管理的工作思路和基本途径。提出将精益理念推行到珠海港集团经营管理当中的方法,以求实现企业管理的优化。 在案例部分,论文对珠海港集团某码头公司导入精益的实践活动进行较为详细的论述,试图结合企业精益化的具体实施方案和实际做法,给即将进行精益变革的企业,特别是港口物流企业,提供一些有益的指导。
[Abstract]:The ports around the Pearl Harbor are crowded and have entered a cruel era of competition. If the Pearl Harbor wants to emerge suddenly, it will go out of its own way of rapid development. In addition to making full use of excellent port resources to speed up infrastructure construction and promote foreign cooperation and commercial expansion, it is also necessary to enhance the efficiency of wharf operations, reduce operating costs, and enhance service quality, etc. That is, we must forge the core competitiveness of Pearl Harbor itself through modern management. Cultivating the concept of lean management and building the service system of lean logistics is a solution worth exploring from traditional, extensive to modern, standardization. This paper takes Pearl Harbour holding Group Co., Ltd as the background and combines the lean management practice of its wharf company to carry out the research. First of all, it discusses the theory of lean management, describes the concept and connotation of lean production, the emergence and development of lean production and lean thought, and discusses the connotation of lean thought. This paper analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of implementing lean management in port logistics enterprises. Secondly, the paper studies the present situation of the development of the port logistics industry in the Pearl River Delta, analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing the Pearl River Harbour, and points out that the port of Pearl River is changing from big to strong, which should speed up the innovation of enterprise management mode and improve the level of advanced management. The necessity of applying lean management theory is put forward. At the same time, combined with the actual operation and management status of Pearl Harbour Group, the paper demonstrates the working ideas and basic ways of developing lean management of Pearl Harbour Group. This paper puts forward the method of applying lean idea to the management of Pearl Harbor Group in order to realize the optimization of enterprise management. In the case section, the paper discusses in detail the lean practical activities introduced by a wharf company of Pearl Harbor Group, and attempts to combine the specific implementation plan and practical practice of lean enterprise to give the enterprise that will carry out lean reform. In particular, port logistics enterprises, to provide some useful guidance.
