基于服务供应链的海运物流企业物流服务能力评价研究

【摘要】:一直以来,海洋运输方式是国家间货物运输的重要方式之一,海洋运输业的发展程度是一个国家的对外贸易水平和海洋经济竞争力的体现,反映了其在海上运输中的地位。随着我国对外开放程度的加剧,我国的海运服务市场的变化给我国海运服务企业带来了前所未有的挑战。一方面,海运物流企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,面对全球的竞争对手,我国的海运物流服务企业并没有优势。另一方面,单一的功能性物流服务已经不能满足市场要求,客户越来越期望得到全面性、高效率、低成本、柔性化服务。因此,如何提高物流服务能力已经成为海运物流企业发展的关键问题。服务供应链理论的发展推动了海运物流服务企业间的整合,形成以集成海运物流服务供应商为核心的海运物流供应链服务模式,向客户提供全面的海运物流服务。本文基于服务供应链的海运物流企业服务能力评价研究不仅有助于解决服务供应链理论在现实中的应用问题,加深各界对海运物流服务供应链的认识,而且对集成海运物流供应商的物流的服务能力的评价有助于企业明确自身物流服务能力,,准确定位服务范围,完善物流服务体系,最终提高客户的满意度。 本文首先分析了服务供应链和物流服务能力的研究现状,介绍了第四方物流、物流服务供应链以及物流服务能力问题的相关理论。其次,针对海运物流的发展现状,采用指数平滑法对海运物流企业的服务市场需求进行了科学预测,阐述了集成型海运物流企业在海运物流服务供应链中的作用,定义了集成海运物流供应商的物流服务能力,并介绍了我国目前大型海运物流企业的运营现状。再次,本文从基础业务能力、客户服务质量、信息化水平、服务创新能力、资源整合能力素和关系协调能力6个维度分析了海运物流服务能力的影响因素,建立了由24个指标构成的评价指标体系。然后,在评价指标权重确定过程中,考虑了主客观因素的共同影响,分别采用了层次分析法和熵权法确定主客观权重,建立了基于综合权重-双基点法的物流服务能力评价模型。最后,实证研究。通过对中国远洋、中外运长航、中国海运、河北远洋运输、福建冠海海运5家集成型海运企业的物流服务能力评价,得出了评价结论,并针对企业提出了相应的建议。
[Abstract]:The mode of ocean transportation is one of the important ways of freight transportation among countries all the time. The level of development of ocean transportation is the embodiment of a country's foreign trade level and the competitiveness of marine economy, which reflects its position in maritime transportation. With the aggravation of our country's opening to the outside world, the change of China's shipping service market has brought unprecedented challenges to our shipping service enterprises. On the one hand, the competition between the shipping logistics enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, facing the global competitors, China's maritime logistics service enterprises have no advantages. On the other hand, a single functional logistics service can not meet the requirements of the market, and customers are increasingly looking forward to comprehensive, efficient, low-cost, flexible services. Therefore, how to improve the logistics service capacity has become a key issue in the development of marine logistics enterprises. The development of service supply chain theory promotes the integration of maritime logistics service enterprises, and forms a model of maritime logistics supply chain service with integrated marine logistics service providers as the core, which can provide customers with comprehensive maritime logistics services. In this paper, the evaluation of service capability of maritime logistics enterprises based on service supply chain is not only helpful to solve the problem of application of service supply chain theory in reality, but also to deepen the understanding of maritime logistics service supply chain from all walks of life. Moreover, the evaluation of logistics service ability of integrated marine logistics suppliers is helpful for enterprises to define their own logistics service ability, locate the service range accurately, perfect the logistics service system, and finally improve the customer satisfaction. This paper first analyzes the research status of service supply chain and logistics service capability, and introduces the theory of fourth party logistics, logistics service supply chain and logistics service ability. Secondly, aiming at the development of marine logistics, the paper uses exponential smoothing method to forecast the service market demand of maritime logistics enterprises scientifically, and expounds the role of integrated maritime logistics enterprises in the supply chain of maritime logistics services. This paper defines the logistics service capability of integrated marine logistics suppliers, and introduces the present operation situation of large maritime logistics enterprises in China. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of maritime logistics service capability from six dimensions: basic business capability, customer service quality, information level, service innovation ability, resource integration ability and relationship coordination ability. An evaluation index system consisting of 24 indexes was established. Then, in the process of determining the weight of evaluation index, considering the common influence of subjective and objective factors, the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method are used to determine the subjective and objective weight, respectively. The evaluation model of logistics service capability based on comprehensive weight-two-base point method is established. Finally, empirical research. Based on the evaluation of logistics service capability of five integrated shipping enterprises such as Cosco, Sinotrans, China Shipping, Hebei Ocean Transport and Fujian Guanhai Shipping, the evaluation conclusions are obtained, and the corresponding suggestions are put forward for the enterprises.
