天津港码头企业人力资源战略管理研究

【摘要】:随着国内外经济形势新的变化,中国社会主义经济的高度发展,港口面临的竞争程度日益加剧。码头企业想要顺利、快速、持续发展,必须要有人才的发展作为强有力的支撑。码头企业的战略发展是由该码头企业的人力资源战略管理发展情况决定的。一个企业的整体战略目标是通过企业的战略管理来实现的,而企业战略管理的实现与否是由它的重要组成部分决定的,即企业的人力资源战略管理,它同样是码头企业总体战略目标完成的强劲后盾。 目前,天津港某码头企业人力资源战略管理工作已经取得了一些进展,并总结了一些实践经验。但是,由于一些因素,天津港某码头企业的人力资源战略管理工作有待进一步完善。本文的选题是站在我国人力资源管理逐步向人力资源战略管理发展的背景下,结合目前天津港某码头企业人力资源战略管理发展的现状和问题提出的,利用现代组织管理理论、人力资源管理理论进行全面的深入分析研究。本文作者试图以SWOT理论为指导,通过定性分析方法对天津港某码头企业人力资源战略管理现状进行分析,描绘出天津港某码头企业人力资源战略管理的发展路径及实施措施。本文的主要内容如下: 第一章,明确本文的研究背景、目标与意义,对国内外研究现状进行综合阐述,并确立了文章的研究框架与内容。 第二章,阐述人力资源战略管理理论,并回顾人力资源战略管理的发展史及现状。 第三章,对天津港某码头企业的基本情况及其人力资源管理现状进行分析。 第四章,利用SWOT理论对天津港某码头企业人力资源战略管理的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行深入研究。 第五章,对天津港某码头企业人力资源战略管理进行了详细的剖析。 第六章,对如何发展天津港某码头企业人力资源战略管理提出措施。 第七章,对前文分析进行了总结与展望,明确天津港某码头企业人力资源战略管理的实施将为该企业总体战略目标的实现奠定坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:With the new changes of economic situation at home and abroad and the high development of socialist economy in China, the competition degree of ports is becoming more and more serious. Wharf enterprises want to smooth, fast, sustainable development, must have the development of talents as a strong support. The strategic development of wharf enterprise is decided by the development of human resource strategy management of wharf enterprise. The overall strategic goal of an enterprise is realized through the strategic management of the enterprise, and the realization of the strategic management of the enterprise is determined by its important component, that is, the strategic management of the human resources of the enterprise. It is also the overall strategic objectives of wharf enterprises to complete the strong backing. At present, some progress has been made in the strategic management of human resources in a terminal of Tianjin Port, and some practical experiences have been summarized. However, due to some factors, the strategic management of human resources of a wharf in Tianjin Port needs to be further improved. This paper is based on the background of the gradual development of human resource management to human resource strategic management in our country, combining with the present situation and problems of the development of human resource strategy management in a terminal enterprise of Tianjin Port, and using the modern organization management theory. The human resource management theory carries on the comprehensive thorough analysis and research. Under the guidance of SWOT theory, the author tries to analyze the present situation of human resource strategy management of a terminal enterprise in Tianjin Port by qualitative analysis method, and describes the development path and implementation measures of human resource strategy management of a terminal enterprise in Tianjin Port. The main contents of this paper are as follows: in the first chapter, the research background, objectives and significance of this paper are clarified, and the current research situation at home and abroad is comprehensively expounded, and the research framework and content of the article are established. The second chapter expounds the theory of strategic management of human resources, and reviews the history and present situation of strategic management of human resources. The third chapter analyzes the basic situation and the current situation of human resource management of Tianjin port wharf. In the fourth chapter, SWOT theory is used to study the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the strategic management of human resources in Tianjin port wharf. The fifth chapter analyzes the strategic management of human resources in Tianjin Port. The sixth chapter, how to develop the strategic management of human resources of a wharf in Tianjin Port. In the seventh chapter, the author summarizes and looks forward to the previous analysis. It is clear that the implementation of the strategic management of human resources in a certain terminal of Tianjin Port will lay a solid foundation for the realization of the overall strategic goal of the enterprise.
