集装箱货代公司的收益管理问题研究

【摘要】：集装箱货代公司在集装箱海运中扮演着重要的角色,如今,集装箱运输市场供大于求,集装箱货代公司面临日趋激烈的市场竞争,收益管理作为管理科学的一个分支,就是集装箱货代公司在最佳的时机以最好的价格出售最正确的舱位给最适合的顾客的办法,以创造最大的代理收益。 本文借鉴收益管理理论在航空运输业的应用,在对集装箱货代公司收益管理分析的基础上,预测了集装箱海运需求,并提出了舱位分配模型及定价策略,将基于收益管理的思想对集装箱货代公司进行管理作为一个重要思路,可以有效利用企业资源,提升企业收益。对集装箱货代公司的效益管理具有重要影响。
[Abstract]:The container freight forwarding company plays an important role in the container shipping. Nowadays, the container transportation market is in excess of demand, and the container freight forwarding company is facing more and more fierce market competition. As a branch of management science, the profit management is becoming more and more important. Is the container forwarder at the best time at the best price to sell the most correct accommodation to the most suitable customers in order to create the maximum agency income. Based on the analysis of the revenue management of container forwarders, this paper forecasts the demand of container shipping, and puts forward the allocation model and pricing strategy of shipping space, which is based on the application of revenue management theory in the air transportation industry. It is an important idea to manage container freight forwarding company based on revenue management, which can effectively utilize enterprise resources and enhance enterprise income. It has an important influence on the benefit management of container forwarder company.
