区域协同下城市交通优势度与产业对接耦合关系——基于天津市的实证分析

【摘要】：京津冀协同发展是我国区域发展的重要战略之一,天津市在承接北京产业转移、优化京津冀区域产业结构中承担着重要角色。基于产业链分工的视角,构建"交通一体化+产业转型升级"下区际产业对接适应性框架,深入剖析非首都功能疏解对天津市产业发展及其空间布局的影响,甄别天津交通优势度与产业空间布局之间的耦合关系,分别从发挥博弈先动优势、搭建产业对接平台、构筑交通与产业协调发展布局等方面提出产业对接优化路径,为天津市产业升级与城市功能提升提供参考。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is one of the important strategies of regional development in China. Tianjin plays an important role in undertaking industrial transfer in Beijing and optimizing the industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Based on the division of labor in industrial chain, this paper constructs the adaptive framework of inter-regional industrial docking under the condition of "industrial transformation and upgrading of transportation integration", and deeply analyzes the influence of non-capital functions on the industrial development and spatial layout of Tianjin. In order to distinguish the coupling relationship between Tianjin traffic superiority degree and industrial spatial layout, the paper puts forward the optimized path of industrial docking from the following aspects: exerting the advantage of game, setting up the platform of industry docking, and constructing the coordinated development layout of traffic and industry, etc. To provide a reference for Tianjin's industrial upgrading and urban function upgrading.
