辽宁省港口群层次布局研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的不断发展,国际间的物流贸易更加频繁,货物量年年增加,新航线不断开拓。这就带来了港口的大发展时期,港口已经从最开始的单纯装卸货物的角色慢慢转化为主动贸易的阵地。各国政府也纷纷出台政策鼓励建设港口设施,以促进港口和腹地的经济发展。那么大量的进行港口建设也会带来一些问题,如港口重复建设、港口定位不准、港口分布散乱等等,这就需要对港口进行层次布局。 本文先对港口和港口布局的相关理论知识进行了概述和总结,分析了港口的发展趋势和特征,对区域性港口集群的布局进行了探讨,剖析了影响分布的各种因素,结合模糊聚类的研究方法对港口进行层次布局分析的模型建立,建立了相应的评价指标体系。 最后,论文对辽宁省主要沿海港口进行了详细的介绍,并就上文建立的模糊聚类港口层次布局模型进行了实例验证,选择辽宁省的大连港、营口港、锦州港、丹东港、盘锦港、葫芦岛港、旅顺港、庄河港等八个港口进行了层次布局分析,得出大连是第一层次港口,营口和锦州是第二层次港口,其余为第三层次港口的结论。该结论为辽宁省实行沿海经济区整合资源建设港口提供了依据,为其他地区区域性港口集群整合具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the international logistics trade is more frequent, the volume of goods increases every year, and new routes are continuously developed. This brought the great development period of the port, the port has changed from the role of loading and unloading cargo at the beginning to the position of active trade. Governments have also introduced policies to encourage port facilities to promote port and hinterland economic development. So a large number of port construction will also bring some problems, such as repeated construction of the port, improper port positioning, scattered port distribution and so on, which requires a hierarchical layout of the port. This paper summarizes and summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge of port and port layout, analyzes the development trend and characteristics of ports, probes into the layout of regional port clusters, and analyzes the various factors that affect the distribution of ports. The model of hierarchical layout analysis of ports is established with the method of fuzzy clustering, and the corresponding evaluation index system is established. Finally, the paper introduces the main coastal ports in Liaoning Province in detail, and verifies the hierarchical layout model of the fuzzy cluster ports established above, and selects Dalian Port, Yingkou Port, Jinzhou Port, Dandong Port, Panjin Port in Liaoning Province. Huludao Port, Lushun Port, Zhuanghe Port and other eight ports are analyzed in hierarchical layout, and the conclusion is drawn that Dalian is the first port, Yingkou and Jinzhou are the second tier ports, and the rest are the third tier ports. The conclusion provides a basis for the implementation of the integration of coastal economic zone resources in Liaoning Province, and provides a reference for the integration of regional port clusters in other regions.
