青海省县域交通优势度评价及其与经济的空间影响研究

【摘要】:交通在区域发展过程中有着促进与支持的作用,而交通优势度则是评价地区交通网络水平高低的指标。本文以青海省县域交通优势度为切入角度,通过对现有县域交通优势度和县域经济发展水平进行研究,旨在能够客观的评价青海省目前的交通发展水平,为青海省今后的交通规划和发展建设提供理论依据与科学的参考。全文计划共分三大部分,其中第一部分(第一章,第二章)主要介绍本文研究的背景与意义,并对国内外相关研究进行总结,借鉴参考海内外研究成果与相关理论。第二部分(第三、四、五章)主要通过介绍交通优势度的评价模型,通过路网密度、重要交通设施影响度以及区位优势度三个指标构建青海省县域交通优势度评价模型,同时选择经济水平,人民生活水平和产业结构等三个主要方面共计10个经济指标,采用主成分分析方法对经济水平进行评价。第三部分(第六章)基于交通优势度综合评价与县域经济发展水平的总体评价,对二者在空间分布上的特征进行分析,并且提出相应的发展对策。为促进青海的交通优势度和区域经济的良性协调发展提供理论和实践指导。结果表明:(1)青海省县域交通优势度整体水平并不高,并且空间分布不均匀,形成了十分明显的由东向西逐渐减小的空间格局,呈现出以省会西宁和东部城镇为中心,向西部、北部和南部地区递减的圈层结构。(2)青海省县域经济发展水平空间分布也不均衡,主要以西宁和东部城镇以及格尔木为经济较为发达地区,靠近上述区域的县域经济发展水平明显高于其他区域,其余县域发展水平参差不齐,两级分化现象显著,经济水平落后的县域大都集中在西部以及南部大片区域。此外,地级行政中心的县域单元(3)通过对二者在空间分布特征的分析发现,青海省县域交通优势度与县域经济发展水平在空间的分布水平基本协调,在交通优势度较高的西宁及东部城镇地区,经济水平也在全省范围内处于前列。整体来看东部高于西部,北部高于南部。由此说明交通发展对于区域的经济发展促进与支持作用十分显著。此外,地级行政中心的县域单元的交通优势度与经济发展水平要优于同属一个地级行政范围内的其他县域。文末针对青海省目前县域交通优势度与经济发展水平进行相关分析并提供政策建议,为青海省今后制定交通发展运输规划建设与经济协调发展的政策提供实证依据。
[Abstract]:Traffic plays a promoting and supporting role in the process of regional development, and the degree of traffic dominance is an index to evaluate the level of regional traffic network. From the angle of county traffic dominance in Qinghai province, this paper studies the existing county traffic dominance degree and county economic development level, in order to objectively evaluate the current traffic development level in Qinghai province. It provides theoretical basis and scientific reference for future traffic planning and development construction in Qinghai province. The whole paper is divided into three parts. The first part (chapter one, chapter two) mainly introduces the background and significance of this study, and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad, and draws lessons from the research results and related theories at home and abroad. The second part (the third, fourth and fifth chapters) mainly introduces the evaluation model of traffic dominance, and constructs the evaluation model of Qinghai county traffic dominance through three indexes: road network density, influence degree of important traffic facilities and location advantage. At the same time, the economic level, people's living standard and industrial structure were selected to evaluate the economic level by principal component analysis (PCA). In the third part (Chapter 6), based on the comprehensive evaluation of traffic dominance and the overall evaluation of county economic development level, the characteristics of spatial distribution between them are analyzed, and the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward. It provides theoretical and practical guidance for promoting the traffic superiority degree of Qinghai and the benign and coordinated development of regional economy. The results are as follows: (1) the overall level of traffic dominance in Qinghai county is not high, and the spatial distribution is not uniform, forming a very obvious spatial pattern gradually decreasing from east to west, taking Xining as the capital and towns in the east as the center, and toward the west. (2) the spatial distribution of the county economic development level in Qinghai Province is also uneven, mainly in Xining, the eastern towns and Golmud as the more developed areas. The level of economic development of counties near the above regions is obviously higher than that of other regions. The level of development of other counties is uneven, the phenomenon of two levels of differentiation is remarkable, and most of the counties with backward economic level are concentrated in large areas in the west and the south. In addition, the county unit (3) of the administrative center at the prefectural level, through the analysis of their spatial distribution characteristics, finds that the degree of traffic dominance in the county area of Qinghai Province is basically coordinated with the distribution level of the county economic development level in the county area. In Xining and the eastern urban areas where the traffic dominance is high, the economic level is also in the forefront of the province. Overall, the east is higher than the west and the north is higher than the south. This shows that traffic development to promote and support regional economic development is very significant. In addition, the degree of traffic superiority and the level of economic development of the county unit of the administrative center at the prefectural level are superior to those of other counties belonging to the same administrative scope at the prefectural level. At the end of this paper, the author analyzes the relationship between the degree of traffic dominance and the level of economic development at county level in Qinghai province, and provides some policy suggestions, which can provide an empirical basis for formulating the policy of transportation planning, construction and economic development in Qinghai province in the future.
