DL港油品码头公司发展战略研究
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the economic globalization process, the adjustment of the world industrial structure is driving the development of the economic system, which is dominated by petroleum and oil and chemical products, and also promotes the continuous adjustment of the current energy structure of our country. The economic chain of energy consumption and production led by petroleum and oil products has been formed. The supply of petroleum has become an important link in the construction of new non-renewable energy economic system in China. Under the current situation, the oil and chemical products industry of our country is mainly driven by the import supply situation to promote the development of port economy. Port, as a bridge between world economy and trade, plays an important supporting role in the global economic logistics link, and its strategic position is increasingly strengthened. DL Port Oil products Terminal Company, as one of the important oil handling port companies in China, In the northeast and the Bohai Rim area, it undertakes the important task of oil product transshipment. Under the situation of the rapid development of petroleum and oil products industry, how to strengthen the construction of DL Port Oil Terminal Company, adapt to the development needs of modern oil and chemical transport port enterprises, and enhance their competitiveness in the competition of the industry. It is of great significance to strengthen the development of oil storage and transportation business. Based on the theory of enterprise strategic management, this paper analyzes the environment of DL Port Oil products Wharf Company according to the market situation of DL Port Oil products Wharf Company. According to the throughput data of DL Port Oil products Wharf Company during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the grey forecasting method is adopted. This paper forecasts the business development in the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats in the business development by using the SWOT analysis method, and puts forward the strategic direction and development measures for the business development of the company. This paper mainly takes the current situation of DL Port Oil products Wharf Company as an example, makes a comparative study with the same industry competition company, and develops a development strategy method suitable for our own port company. The paper tries to give some reference suggestions for the development of port oil and chemical products enterprises in the aspect of enhancing the competitiveness of port oil and chemical products enterprises, which has a certain reference function for the development of port enterprises.
