基于协同论的青海省公路交通与区域经济协调发展研究

【摘要】:公路是国家经济和国防建设的基础设施,是保证社会经济活动得以正常进行和发展的前提条件,它对于推动社会进步、促进经济繁荣、提高人民群众的物质文化生活水平和保障国防交通畅通具有非常重要的作用。 青海省地形复杂,,铁路线路短,空、水运不发达,公路是青海省的主要交通运输方式,在全省综合运输网络中起主导作用。随着青海国民经济的发展、内地与青海的经济、文化联系会进一步加强,商品交换,人员往来必然增多,未来青海公路运输必将有一个大发展,同时也要求公路交通要有大发展,才能适应经济的发展。公路交通与经济社会之间这种相互影响、相互促进和相互制约的关系,使得国民经济发展客观上要求公路交通与区域经济协调发展。 本文首先阐述了研究背景及意义,对国内外研究进展进行了系统综述,明确研究方法,论述了公路交通与区域经济发展的基本理论,并探讨了青海省公路交通与区域经济协调发展的关系,进一步为本文研究奠定了理论基础。 其次,建立评价指标体系,对2001-2010年青海省公路交通与区域经济发展的综合水平进行研究,指出影响青海省公路交通发展的主要因子表现为公路交通的发展规模,而公路发展水平与发展潜力是青海省公路交通发展的胁迫因子;影响区域经济发展的主要因子表现为经济实力与经济效益,而第三产业产值占GDP比例是胁迫区域经济发展的因子;同时,在整个研究时间段内,区域经济综合发展水平都高于公路交通综合发展水平。 再次,通过协调度、协调发展度、协调发展趋势、灰色协调等对青海省公路交通与区域经济协调关系进行研究,指出青海省公路交通与区域经济在研究时间段内由濒临协调向良好协调发展,但公路交通明显滞后于区域经济发展,目前处于良好协调公路滞后发展型;同时,区域经济系统无自我发展能力,公路交通系统对区域经济系统有正向的推动作用,公路交通系统有自我发展能力,区域经济系统对公路交通系统推动作用不明显。 最后,依据青海省公路交通与区域经济协调性评价结果,探讨了青海省公路交通与区域经济协调发展存在的问题,并提出解决途径及建议。
[Abstract]:The highway is the infrastructure for national economic and national defense construction, and a prerequisite for the normal conduct and development of social and economic activities. It is of great importance to the promotion of social progress and economic prosperity. It is very important to improve the material and cultural life of the people and to ensure the smooth transportation of national defense. The terrain of Qinghai Province is complex, the railway line is short, the air transportation is not developed, and the highway is the main transportation mode in Qinghai province, which plays a leading role in the comprehensive transportation network of Qinghai Province. With the development of Qinghai's national economy, the economic and cultural ties between the mainland and Qinghai will be further strengthened, the exchange of goods and personnel will inevitably increase. In the future, there will be a great development in highway transportation in Qinghai. At the same time, it also requires a great development of road traffic to adapt to the economic development. The interaction between highway traffic and economic society, the relationship of mutual promotion and mutual restriction, makes the development of national economy objectively require the coordinated development of highway traffic and regional economy. Firstly, this paper expounds the background and significance of the research, systematically summarizes the research progress at home and abroad, clarifies the research methods, and discusses the basic theories of highway traffic and regional economic development. The relationship between highway traffic and regional economic development in Qinghai Province is discussed, which lays a theoretical foundation for this study. Secondly, an evaluation index system is established to study the comprehensive level of highway traffic and regional economic development in Qinghai Province from 2001 to 2010. It is pointed out that the main factors affecting the development of highway traffic in Qinghai Province are the scale of highway traffic development. The highway development level and development potential are the coercive factors of highway traffic development in Qinghai Province, and the main factors affecting regional economic development are economic strength and economic benefits. Meanwhile, the comprehensive development level of regional economy is higher than that of highway transportation in the whole research period. Thirdly, through the degree of coordination, coordination of development trends, gray coordination and so on, the relationship between highway traffic and regional economy coordination in Qinghai Province is studied. It is pointed out that the highway traffic and regional economy in Qinghai Province developed from close coordination to good coordination in the period of study, but the highway traffic obviously lagged behind the development of regional economy, and at present, it is in the type of well-coordinated highway lagging development, at the same time, The regional economic system has no self-development ability, the highway traffic system has the positive impetus to the regional economic system, the highway transportation system has the self-development ability, and the regional economic system has not obviously promoted the road traffic system. Finally, based on the evaluation results of the coordination between highway traffic and regional economy in Qinghai Province, the problems existing in the coordinated development of highway traffic and regional economy in Qinghai Province are discussed, and the solutions and suggestions are put forward.
