浙江省交通投资集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:浙江省是中国经济大省、强省,在过去的十几年里经济发展突飞猛进。相对其他很多省份,其省内交通设施建设也相对完善。预期未来一段时期,浙江将配合国家“一带一路”战略,继续完善省内公路交通设施建设,进一步推进其高速路网的智能化、全面化发展。作为浙江省高速公路建设的排头兵,浙江省交通投资集团将迎来又一个重要的战略发展机遇期。目前,浙江省内交通网络比较发达,浙江省交通投资集团也面临着新建高速公路趋于饱和,铁路航空等替代性交通工具替代性竞争日趋激烈等带来的严峻挑战。在当前的运营环境下,在机遇与挑战中,浙江省交通投资集团应采取怎样的发展战略,以更好的把握历史发展机遇,尽快做大做强,确保国有资产保值增值和企业未来的可持续健康发展,既有理论意义,也有较重要的现实价值。基于企业战略管理理论,本文首先对国内外战略管理的相关研究做了系统梳理,然后对浙江省交通投资集团所处的时代背景、内外部发展环境等进行了比较详尽、客观地探讨分析。进而,运用SWOT矩阵分析方法,对浙江省交通投资集团的发展优势、劣势、机遇与挑战等进行了周密论证。最后,提出了浙江省交通投资集团应该坚持走快速增长和多元化相结合的发展道路等战略对策,并从组织、资金和人才等多个方面提出组织保障措施。
[Abstract]:Zhejiang Province is China's economic province, strong in the past decade of economic development by leaps and bounds. Compared with many other provinces, its transport facilities are also relatively perfect. It is expected that Zhejiang will continue to improve the construction of highway transportation facilities in the province in line with the national strategy of "Belt and Road" for a period of time to further advance the intellectualization and comprehensive development of its highway network. As the vanguard of highway construction in Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Traffic Investment Group will usher in another important strategic development opportunity period. At present, the transportation network in Zhejiang province is relatively developed, and the transportation investment group of Zhejiang Province is facing the severe challenges brought by the saturation of new expressway and the increasingly fierce competition of alternative means of transportation such as railway and aviation. In the current operating environment, in the opportunities and challenges, Zhejiang Traffic Investment Group should take what kind of development strategy, in order to better grasp the historical development opportunities, as soon as possible to become bigger and stronger, To ensure the value of state-owned assets and the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises in the future is of both theoretical significance and practical value. Based on the theory of enterprise strategic management, this paper firstly systematically combs the related research of strategic management at home and abroad, and then makes a more detailed study on the background of the times, the internal and external development environment of Zhejiang Traffic Investment Group, etc. Discuss and analyze objectively. Then, by using the SWOT matrix analysis method, the development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Zhejiang Traffic Investment Group are thoroughly demonstrated. Finally, the paper puts forward some strategic countermeasures such as the combination of rapid growth and diversification, and puts forward the organizational guarantee measures from the aspects of organization, funds and talents.
