深圳招商港务新型散粮仓库新建方案与实施研究

【摘要】:首先介绍深圳西部港口之一的招商港务(深圳)有限公司的基本情况,并分析在适应周边规划发展、业务调整的特殊背景下,我国与世界各国贸易持续发展和散货港口吞吐量不断高速增长对该港口散杂货业务的影响;结合近几年发生的空间资源紧缩状况,明确提高散粮仓库堆存量是港口仓储资源调整的方向和重点。根据港口散粮仓库结构,分析港口各种仓库的装卸工艺及堆存能力。由此提出一种新型散粮开顶仓库的设计方案可行性。运用比较研究的理论和方法,结合该港口企业散杂货业务的发展方向,分析、判断目前仓库堆场的现状及发展空间,进一步寻求提升堆存能力的途径。 本文在散粮仓库堆存能力提升方面已有成果的基础上,采用理论与实践相结合、定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,通过汇总各专业(包括土建、钢结构、机械)对此散粮仓库项目的方案,结合专家咨询、查阅相关资料文献等多种方式,对该新仓库的建设及配套的资源整合作出综合的定性评价,同时对国内目前散粮仓库做一个横向比较。通过堆存量的计算及经济效益分析,并结合初步实施效果,总结该种仓库相比于传统散粮仓库的优点,,并得出其具有推广应用价值的结论。
[Abstract]:Firstly, this paper introduces the basic situation of Merchants Port (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., one of the Western ports in Shenzhen, and analyzes the impact of the sustained development of trade between China and other countries and the rapid growth of bulk cargo port throughput on the bulk cargo business of this port under the special background of adapting to the development of surrounding planning and business adjustment. According to the structure of bulk grain warehouse in port, the loading and unloading technology and storage capacity of various warehouses in port are analyzed. According to the development direction of bulk and grocery business of the port enterprise, this paper analyzes and judges the present situation and development space of the warehouse yard, and further seeks ways to improve the storage capacity.
On the basis of the existing achievements in improving the storage capacity of bulk grain warehouse, this paper combines theory with practice, combines quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, summarizes the plans of various specialties (including civil engineering, steel structure, machinery) for this bulk grain warehouse project, and consults relevant information and literature through expert consultation, etc. This paper makes a comprehensive qualitative evaluation on the construction of the new warehouse and the matching resources integration, and makes a horizontal comparison on the current bulk grain warehouse in China. By calculating the storage quantity and analyzing the economic benefits, and combining with the preliminary implementation results, the advantages of this kind of warehouse compared with the traditional bulk grain warehouse are summarized, and the conclusion that this kind of warehouse has popularization and application value is drawn.
