泰安市公共交通公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:泰安市公共交通公司是一个传统的国有独资中型城市公共交通运输企业,近年以来,由于城市公共交通旅客运输市场的开放程度逐渐加大,企业的进一步发展面临着诸多的挑战和威胁。与此同时,伴随着全市经济社会和城市旅游事业的快速发展,人民收入水平的不断提高,市民和游客在城市内的安全便捷出行需求日益增长,迫切需要城市公共交通提高运力,扩大城市公交线路的覆盖面,这些都给泰安市公共交通公司发展提供了良好的新机遇。但是,要加快企业的经营发展,对泰安市公共交通公司来说,威胁与挑战并存。面对未来市场日趋激烈的竞争和高油价时代的来临,如何科学合理地确定企业的发展战略,努力赢得在城市公共交通客运市场经营权逐步放开的未来的发展优势,这是泰安市公共交通公司当前亟待解决的问题。为此,本文将泰安市公共交通公司的发展战略作为研究课题,试图通过对其发展战略的研究,帮助企业充分利用自身优势和外部有利因素,制定科学合理的发展战略,确保企业的持续快速健康发展。 本文以企业战略管理理论为主要理论基础,运用企业管理理论、竞争战略理论、经济学理论、人力资源管理理论等方面的知识,对泰安市公共交通公司的外部环境和内部环境,利用PEST、五力模型、SWOT、大战略矩阵等工具进行了详细的分析,充分认清企业自身的优势、劣势以及所处外部面临的机会与威胁。以上述充分分析为基础,为企业制定了市场扩张战略和资源整合战略,并为这两条战略的实施提出了具体可行的措施和方案。 受计划经济体制的束缚,我国城市公交客运市场还没有形成健全、充分的竞争机制,城市公交企业也没有完全脱离计划经济的管理模式,普遍缺乏发展意识和竞争意识。泰安市公共交通公司作为以旅游业为主导产业的中型城市的公交企业,具有较强的代表意义。本文针对泰安市公共交通公司发展战略的研究,一方面可以指导企业自身未来在市场中的发展,另一方面对其他相似企业也具有一定的借鉴意义,而且它也可以对其他国有企业结合自身的实际情况,科学合理的制定发展战略,积极拓展市场,赢得发展和竞争优势,科学加快发展,具有重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Tai'an Public Transport Company is a traditional state-owned and medium-sized city public transport enterprise. In recent years, due to the opening up of the urban public transport passenger transport market, The further development of enterprises faces many challenges and threats. At the same time, with the rapid development of the whole city's economy, society and city tourism, the level of people's income is increasing, and the demand of citizens and tourists for safe and convenient travel in the city is increasing day by day, so it is urgent to improve the capacity of urban public transportation. Expanding the coverage of urban public transport lines provides a good new opportunity for the development of Taian Public Transport Company. However, to speed up the development of enterprises, Taian public transport companies, threats and challenges coexist. In the face of the increasingly fierce competition in the future market and the advent of the era of high oil price, how to scientifically and reasonably determine the development strategy of enterprises, and strive to win the future development advantage of gradually liberalizing the management right in the urban public transport passenger transport market. This is Taian City Public Transport Company's current problems to be solved. Therefore, this paper takes the development strategy of Tai'an Public Transport Company as a research topic, and attempts to help enterprises make full use of their own advantages and external favorable factors to formulate a scientific and reasonable development strategy through the study of its development strategy. To ensure the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the enterprise. Based on the theory of enterprise strategic management, this paper applies the knowledge of enterprise management theory, competitive strategy theory, economics theory and human resource management theory to the external and internal environment of Taian public transportation company. This paper makes a detailed analysis by using PEST, five-force model and large strategic matrix, and fully recognizes the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise itself, as well as the opportunities and threats it faces outside. On the basis of the above analysis, the market expansion strategy and the resource integration strategy are formulated for the enterprise, and the concrete and feasible measures and schemes are put forward for the implementation of these two strategies. Restricted by the planned economic system, the urban public transport market in China has not yet formed a sound, adequate competition mechanism, urban public transport enterprises have not completely divorced from the planned economy management model, generally lack of development awareness and competition awareness. Taian Public Transportation Company, as a medium city public transport enterprise with tourism industry as the leading industry, has strong representative significance. On the one hand, the research on the development strategy of Taian Public Transport Company can guide the future development of enterprises in the market, on the other hand, it has certain reference significance to other similar enterprises. Moreover, it can also be used for other state-owned enterprises to formulate development strategy scientifically and reasonably, to actively expand the market, to win development and competitive advantages, and to speed up the development of science, which has important reference value.
