大财务框架下财务安全管理体系的构建

【摘要】：正在精细化理念的引导下,厦门航空有限公司(以下简称厦航)财务管理不断从核算型向管理型转变,并随着公司发展进一步形成了集战略规划、计划统计、财务管理、绩效管理、法务管理、多项职能于一身的大财务管理框架。在大财务框架下,财务在企业经营管理中的核心作用更加凸显,财务安全的重要性更加突出,以财务安全为核心构建企业全面风险管理体系也更具可操作性。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the refined concept, Xiamen Airlines Limited (hereinafter referred to as Xiamen Airlines) financial management is constantly changing from accounting to management, and with the development of the company has further formed a set of strategic planning, statistics, financial management, Performance management, legal management, many functions in a large financial management framework. Under the framework of large finance, the core role of finance in enterprise management is more prominent, the importance of financial security is more prominent, and the construction of enterprise comprehensive risk management system with financial security as the core is more operable.
