锦州新时代集装箱码头装卸系统优化研究
[Abstract]:With the deepening understanding of container transportation in various industries, the characteristics of "convenience, quickness, safety and efficiency" have been recognized by more customers, and the industrial chain of container transportation has developed vigorously, including the number of specialized container terminals. The scale is expanding rapidly. However, with the development of global economic situation and the change of domestic climate, in recent years, the development of various ports must be market-oriented, but also in order to survive, the competition between container terminals is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to control the operating cost of container transportation, the liner companies also have to consider reducing the turnaround time of container ships, controlling the working time of ships in Hong Kong to reduce the operating costs and improve the operational efficiency. In order to improve the comprehensive strength of the wharf and attract more ships to port, the container terminal is gradually changing its management strategy, from the traditional only relying on the increase of fixed assets investment, construction of new berths, new equipment, Increase resource allocation, create high efficiency and other extensive extension production growth mode, to optimize loading and unloading operation flow, optimize the internal resource allocation of logistics system of wharf, etc. Berth-shore bridge is the key link and bottleneck of the terminal loading and unloading system. Under the condition of limited resources such as the number of berths, the number of operating quayside bridges and the scale of yard in front of the wharf, the effective berth allocation of the ship can effectively shorten the waiting time of the ship. Through understanding the basic business process of container terminal, this paper constructs the principle of container terminal loading and unloading system optimization and key influencing factors, and determines the operation process of container terminal loading and unloading system optimization. Combined with the actual situation of the container terminal in the new era, a mathematical model aiming at the shortest total operation time of the ship is constructed, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve it. Finally, the guarantee measures to ensure the coordinated operation of the container terminal are put forward.
