甘肃J公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:“十一五”以来,随着国家《中长期铁路网调整规划方案》的实施,铁路网规模进一步扩大,兰渝铁路、武广客运专线等一大批重点工程全面展开,为众多物资生产企业带来了巨大商机。进入2011年以后,基于铁路行业政策及建设资金等诸多原因,建设施工进度整体放缓,物资需求量大幅度减少。作为主营铁路轨枕生产销售业务的甘肃J公司,受到了市场形势变化的较大冲击,致使企业经营压力短期内持续攀升。与此同时,受轨枕产品市场专业性、有限性,以及线路标准、运输半径、产品升级、市场竞争和今后几年甘肃、宁夏两省区及周边路网结构逐步完善后新线建设里程减少等影响,甘肃J公司在未来发展过程中将面临严峻的挑战和考验。 本文以甘肃J公司为研究对象,以战略管理理论为研究的理论基础,重点探究了甘肃J公司的发展战略。首先,阐明了本文的研究背景和意义,介绍了战略理论的研究现状和课题展开的技术路线与方法。其次,重点对企业战略管理相关理论进行综述,为本文的研究提供了理论支持。第三,运用PEST、五力模型、EFE与企业内部资源分析、IFE(?)(?)SWOT等分析方法,重点分析了甘肃J公司内外部战略环境和存在的优势与劣势,机会与威胁,为发展战略的研究和制定奠定了基础。第四,结合铁路行业和工业制造企业特点,运用战略管理理论,对甘肃J公司企业战略进行了研究,明确了甘肃J公司的企业愿景、使命与战略目标,制定了总体战略、竞争战略和职能战略,并提出了具体的思路和方法。第五,从战略实施步骤、实施重点、保障措施,以及战略实施的评价与控制等四个方面阐述了甘肃J公司发展战略实施的管控措施。第六,对本文进行全面总结,概要说明甘肃J公司总体的经营形势,以及论文各部分的要点。 希望本文的研究结果可以为甘肃J公司下一步的改革发展提供必要的建议和参考。
[Abstract]:Since the 11th Five-Year Plan, with the implementation of the National Medium- and Long-Term Railway Network Adjustment Plan, the scale of the railway network has further expanded, and a large number of key projects, such as the Lanyu Railway and the Wu-Guang passenger dedicated Line, have been launched in an all-round way. For a large number of material production enterprises have brought huge business opportunities. Since the beginning of 2011, due to the railway industry policy and construction funds, the overall construction progress has slowed down, and the demand for materials has been greatly reduced. Gansu J Company, as the main railway sleeper production and sales business, has been greatly impacted by the changes of the market situation, which causes the enterprise operating pressure to keep rising in a short period of time. At the same time, due to the professionalism and limitation of the sleeper product market, as well as the line standards, transportation radius, product upgrading, market competition and Gansu Province in the coming years, After the road network structure of Ningxia two provinces and surrounding areas is gradually improved, Gansu J Company will face severe challenges and tests in the process of future development, such as reducing mileage of new line construction. This article takes Gansu J Company as the research object, takes the strategic management theory as the theoretical foundation, emphatically probes into the Gansu J company's development strategy. First of all, the research background and significance of this paper are expounded, and the research status of strategic theory and the technical route and method of project development are introduced. Secondly, the related theories of enterprise strategic management are summarized, which provides theoretical support for the research of this paper. Thirdly, by using the PEST, five-force model, EFE and, IFE (?) SWOT, this paper analyzes emphatically the internal and external strategic environment, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Gansu J Company, which lays a foundation for the research and formulation of development strategy. Fourthly, combining the characteristics of railway industry and industrial manufacturing enterprises, using the theory of strategic management, this paper studies the enterprise strategy of Gansu J Company, clarifies the enterprise vision, mission and strategic goal of Gansu J Company, and formulates the overall strategy. Competitive strategy and functional strategy, and put forward specific ideas and methods. Fifthly, this paper expounds the control measures of Gansu J Company's development strategy from four aspects: the steps of strategic implementation, the key points of implementation, the safeguard measures, and the evaluation and control of the implementation of the strategy. Sixth, this paper summarizes the overall operating situation of Gansu J Company, as well as the main points of each part of the paper. It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide necessary suggestions and references for the further reform and development of Gansu J Company.
