TC运输公司人力资源配置优化研究

【摘要】:在当今经济全球化的时代背景下,生产和传播知识的人力资源已取代资本成为了重要的战略性资源。作为生产要素中最活跃、最有创造力、最具价值的要素,人力资源是目前经济发展中的重要的核心的资源。人力资源的开发与管理情况已经成为决定一个企业是否能良好发展的关键性因素,在这其中,人力资源的合理配置是人力资源管理工作中的核心。人力资源配置是否合理,对我国中小企业的短期绩效和长远发展都有重大影响,目前我国企业的深化改革还在继续,如何进行企业人力资源优化配置,提高企业的生产力与竞争力,在有限的人力与物力条件下取得最大的经济效益,是当前我国企业关注的焦点。 道路运输业是一个国家经济和社会发展的重要的基础性产业,是经济运行的关键性因素,也是改善人民群众生产生活的重要条件。作为一家传统的国有道路运输企业,TC运输公司所面临的干部和职工年龄结构偏大、存在结构断层、管理人员、汽车修理人员和驾驶员严重缺乏等问题,是阻碍企业发展的一个重要原因,直接影响企业改制的成败和企业改制后的发展。因此,研究TC运输公司人力资源配置存在的问题并提出行之有效的解决方案具有十分重要的意义。 本文以人力资源和人力资源配置等有关理论为依据,以TC运输公司发展历史、发展现状、人力资源配置现状和人力资源配置环境分析等为依据,提出了TC运输公司人力资源配置的优化方法及保障措施。 首先,介绍了人力资源和人力资源配置的有关理论,其次,介绍了TC运输公司的发展历史、发展现状以及公司的人力资源配置现状,提出了公司人力资源配置中存在的主要问题,对问题产生的原因加以分析;再次,运用SWOT分析法对公司人力资源配置的环境情况进行分析,根据对公司人力资源需求情况和岗位的分析,提出了人力资源优化配置的具体方法和保障措施。 通过本文的研究,希望能为TC运输公司人力资源配置中存在的问题提出有价值的优化方案,最终增强公司的竞争力,为公司的可持续发展做出贡献。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, human resource of producing and disseminating knowledge has replaced capital as an important strategic resource. As the most active, creative and valuable factor of production, human resource is an important core resource in current economic development. The development and management of human resources has become the key factor to determine whether an enterprise can develop well, in which the rational allocation of human resources is the core of human resource management. Whether the allocation of human resources is reasonable or not has a great impact on the short-term performance and long-term development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. At present, the deepening reform of enterprises in our country is continuing, how to optimize the allocation of human resources of enterprises, To improve the productivity and competitiveness of enterprises and to obtain the greatest economic benefits under the condition of limited manpower and material resources is the focus of our country's enterprises. Road transportation is an important basic industry for the economic and social development of a country, a key factor in economic operation, and an important condition for improving the production and life of the people. As a traditional state-owned road transportation enterprise, TC Transportation Company is faced with the problems of large age structure of cadres and workers, structural faults, serious shortage of management personnel, car repair personnel and drivers, etc. It is an important reason to hinder the development of enterprises, which directly affects the success or failure of enterprise reform and the development after enterprise reform. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the problems existing in human resource allocation of TC transportation company and put forward effective solutions. This paper is based on the theories of human resources and human resource allocation, on the basis of the development history, development status, human resource allocation and environment analysis of TC transportation company. The optimization method and safeguard measures of human resource allocation of TC transportation company are put forward. Firstly, it introduces the theory of human resource and human resource allocation. Secondly, it introduces the history of TC transportation company, the present situation of development and the present situation of human resource allocation of the company. Put forward the main problems in the allocation of human resources in the company, and analyze the causes of the problems. Thirdly, SWOT analysis is used to analyze the environmental situation of human resource allocation, and according to the analysis of human resource demand and position, the specific methods and safeguard measures of human resource optimal allocation are put forward. Through the research of this paper, we hope to put forward the valuable optimization scheme for the problems existing in the human resource allocation of TC transportation company, and finally enhance the competitiveness of the company and make a contribution to the sustainable development of the company.
