HS铁路多经物流企业信息技术应用的研究

【摘要】:目前,传统的铁路运输已不能满足现代物流发展的需要,长期以来逐步形成的僵硬的管理模式和单一的服务功能已经越来越不能适应日益激烈的市场变化,更加满足不了人们日益丰富的物质要求。所以面对机遇和挑战,不断将现代化物流理念和先进的信息技术融入到我国铁路运输当中显得刻不容缓。通过资源整合,逐步使铁路从传统的、以运输为主的企业转变为规模经营、系统服务、现代化的第三方物流企业,成为我国综合物流系统的中坚力量。铁路物流运输企业要紧紧抓住难得的发展机遇,主动调整工作思路,主动出击,积极转变经营机制,拓展服务功能,延伸铁路运输服务链条,扩展企业转型战果,增强企业市场竞争力,实现由粗放型向集约型转变,使铁路运输物流企业成为国家现代化物流的一支主力军。 铁路物流企业要想在未来的运输领域中处于领先地位离不了信息技术的支持,因为信息化是现代物流的基础与发展核心,也是物流业务运营的神经中枢。随着物流货运市场需求日益多样化和个性化,延伸铁路货运服务链、加快发展现代物流,成为转变铁路运输发展方式的迫切需求,物流信息化建设必须与之配套发展。物流信息系统就是利用信息技术,把大量的、多变的数据,进行快速、准确、及时的采集、分析和处理,大大提高企业管理能力和客户服务水平,提高物流质量,促进合作伙伴之间的协调,是为企业提供信息分析和决策支持的人机系统。 本课题以西安铁路局HS公司为业务原型,研究信息技术在铁路多经物流基地的应用需求,结合我国铁路物流企业发展现状和发展方向,从网络架构、功能模块设计、安全结构等三个方面,研究“铁路多经物流公司管理信息系统”的架构设计,为铁路多经企业构建适合自己的管理信息系统提供有益的参考。随着物流信息技术的不断发展,物流服务有着广阔的提升空间,本文也对RFID、GPS、GIS、EDI等物流信息新技术在铁路多经物流企业的应用进行探讨。
[Abstract]:At present, the traditional railway transportation has been unable to meet the needs of the development of modern logistics, and the rigid management mode and single service function that have been gradually formed for a long time have become more and more unable to adapt to the increasingly fierce market changes. It can't satisfy people's ever-increasing material requirements. Therefore, in the face of opportunities and challenges, it is urgent to continuously integrate the modern logistics concept and advanced information technology into the railway transportation of our country. Through the integration of resources, the railway has gradually changed from a traditional, transportation-oriented enterprise to a large-scale management, systematic service and modern third-party logistics enterprise, which has become the backbone of our country's comprehensive logistics system. Railway logistics and transportation enterprises should seize the rare opportunities for development, actively adjust their working ideas, take the initiative to attack, actively change the management mechanism, expand their service functions, extend the service chain of railway transportation, and expand the achievements of enterprises' transformation. Strengthen the market competitiveness of enterprises, realize the transformation from extensive to intensive, make railway transportation logistics enterprises become a main force of national modern logistics. If the railway logistics enterprise wants to be in the leading position in the future transportation field, it can not be separated from the support of the information technology, because the informationization is the foundation and the development core of the modern logistics, is also the nerve center of the logistics business operation. With the increasing diversification and individuation of logistics freight market demand, extending the railway freight service chain and speeding up the development of modern logistics has become an urgent need to change the mode of development of railway transportation. Logistics information construction must be matched with its development. Logistics information system is to make use of information technology to collect, analyze and process a large amount of and changeable data quickly, accurately and in time, so as to greatly improve the management ability of enterprises and the level of customer service, and improve the quality of logistics. To promote coordination among partners is a man-machine system that provides information analysis and decision-making support for enterprises. This subject takes HS Company of Xi'an Railway Bureau as the business prototype, studies the application demand of information technology in railway multi-channel logistics base, combines the present situation and development direction of railway logistics enterprise in our country, designs from the network structure, the function module. This paper studies the framework design of "railway multi-pass logistics company management information system" in three aspects, which provides a useful reference for railway multi-channel enterprise to build its own management information system. With the continuous development of logistics information technology, logistics service has a broad room for improvement. This paper also discusses the application of new logistics information technology, such as RFID,GPS,GIS,EDI, in railway multi-channel logistics enterprises.
