锦州港口物流产业集群发展对策研究

【摘要】：中国物流的快速发展,已经成为第三产业的主要利润源,而港口物流的发展对中国港口业和物流业有着至关重要的作用。港口是物流和交通运输的结合点,承载着水路运输方式的转换,独特的区位因素聚集了大量的物流企业,逐渐形成了港口物流产业集群。可以说,港口物流产业集群是港口和物流产业结合的必然趋势,港口物流产业集群的发展体现着港口城市的经济综合状况,基于此,本人对锦州港口物流产业集群的发展状况进行了研究分析。全文主要包括以下几个方面：首先,分析了目前港口物流产业集群的发展现状和趋势,对港口物流产业集群相关的理论知识进行了归纳总结；其次,对国内和国外成熟先进的港口物流产业集群进行分析研究；再次,运用资料和数据分析法对锦州港口物流产业集群进行分析研究；最后,综合以上分析,本文提出了锦州港口物流产业集群发展的对策建议。本论文依据锦州港集团和锦州市经济开发区政府提供的相关数据进行分析研究,对锦州港口物流产业集群的整体竞争力进行评价分析,从而使最终对策建议的提出更加科学化。本研究有助于政府部门及港口相关部门结合自身的状况制定恰当的发展战略,有利于加强政府对港口物流产业集群的宏观调控,提高锦州港口物流产业集群的整体竞争力。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of logistics in China has become the main profit source of the tertiary industry, and the development of port logistics plays a vital role in China's port industry and logistics industry. Port is the combination point of logistics and transportation, carrying the transformation of waterway transportation mode, the unique location factor gathered a large number of logistics enterprises, and gradually formed the port logistics industry cluster. It can be said that the port logistics industry cluster is the inevitable trend of the combination of port and logistics industry. The development of port logistics industry cluster reflects the comprehensive economic situation of the port city. I studied and analyzed the development of Jinzhou port logistics industry cluster. The full text mainly includes the following several aspects: first, analyzes the present port logistics industry cluster development present situation and the tendency, has carried on the summary to the port logistics industry cluster related theory knowledge; Secondly, the domestic and foreign mature and advanced port logistics industry cluster analysis and research; thirdly, the use of data and data analysis of Jinzhou port logistics industry cluster analysis and research; Finally, based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Jinzhou port logistics industry cluster. Based on the relevant data provided by Jinzhou Port Group and the Government of Jinzhou Economic Development Zone, this paper evaluates and analyzes the overall competitiveness of Jinzhou port logistics industry cluster, so as to make the final countermeasures and suggestions more scientific. This study is helpful for government departments and port departments to formulate appropriate development strategies, to strengthen the macro-control of port logistics industry cluster, and to improve the overall competitiveness of Jinzhou port logistics industry cluster.
