城市交通运行效率评价指标体系研究
[Abstract]:As the pace of urbanization continues to accelerate, the scale of urban traffic is becoming larger and larger, and the impact of urban traffic on the overall operational efficiency of the city is becoming increasingly prominent, but due to urban planning, urban traffic planning, Due to the imperfection of urban infrastructure and other factors, there are many problems in the development of urban traffic, such as more and more serious traffic congestion, worsening traffic environment, unreasonable utilization of traffic roads, and so on. At the same time, the efficiency of urban traffic operation is an important part of improving the efficiency of urban operation. The study of urban traffic efficiency is the key to improve the efficiency of urban operation, which is conducive to the sustainable, healthy and stable development of the city. In order to speed up the operation efficiency of urban traffic, it is necessary to make a systematic analysis and research on the urban traffic situation in order to maximize the operational efficiency of urban traffic. Starting with the development of urban traffic, this paper first analyzes the current situation of the development of cities and transportation systems at home and abroad, defines the operational efficiency of urban traffic, and then defines the urban spatial structure, urban transportation infrastructure. Starting with the level of urban traffic management, urban traffic policy and system, and intelligent traffic management system, this paper points out the factors that affect the efficiency of urban traffic operation, and establishes the evaluation index system of urban traffic operation efficiency. Because many influential indexes are difficult to be analyzed accurately by quantitative method, the entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are analyzed in some parts of this paper, and the method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis is adopted in this paper. The availability of analysis results is ensured. Taking Qingdao as an example, this paper demonstrates the relevant theories mentioned in the article, which makes the whole thesis system and the process of argumentation more reasonable and the results more reliable. Based on the analysis of Qingdao urban traffic operation efficiency, the importance of each evaluation index is determined. Among the factors affecting urban traffic operation, urban traffic infrastructure occupies a large proportion, and makes great efforts to carry out traffic infrastructure construction. Realizing three-dimensional traffic and developing public transportation greatly promote the development of urban traffic. Through the concrete example to evaluate the urban traffic operation efficiency, the paper puts forward the method of improving the urban traffic operation efficiency, especially for the improvement of the traffic operation condition in Qingdao, which is of practical significance. It is hoped that it will be helpful to the theoretical research and policy formulation. Based on the analysis and arrangement of traffic data, a calculation formula of traffic condition and road capacity is put forward. It is an exploration to use mathematical method to describe urban operation efficiency, but the applicability of the formula needs to be further studied. The form, condition and adaptability of urban road traffic system are directly related to the improvement of urban operation efficiency, restrict the development of urban space, and are the driving force of urban economic development. It is the guarantee of the sustainable development of the city.
