海峡西岸经济区高速公路货物运输发展研究

【摘要】:海峡西岸经济区,是指台湾海峡西岸,以福建为主体包括周边相邻十一个地市的地域经济综合体,具有对台工作、统一祖国,并进一步带动全国经济走向世界的特点和独特优势的地域经济综合体。它是一个涵盖经济、政治、文化、社会等各个领域的综合性概念。 在发展中国家,经济的发展会使道路货物运输量有增加的趋势,两者变化趋势基本相同,线性相关关系非常强,,可以说两者之间存在着相对稳定的变化规律和比例关系,研究海西经济区的货物运输现状也可反应出其内部各地市间的经济联系。海西经济区是一个经济整体,在经济发展上应该跨越地域的限制,本文从海西经济区内部各地市间的高速公路货运情况来了解其经济联系,从而为它整体性的货运和经济发展提供建议。 本文通过大量翔实的调研数据,从道路、货物和车辆三方面分析了海西经济区的货物运输现状,提出应按货运需求的大小顺序建设相应的高速公路,以缓解海西经济区高速公路路网不完善的问题;海西经济区涉及的四个省份需密切配合,出台相关惠民政策来引导货物运输的跨区域发展;需建立一个大规模、科学性、整体性的货物运输指导中心,实现海西经济区货运资源整合和货运市场的信息化;应大力发展拖挂车和集装箱车运输来满足高速公路货物运输对运输工具大吨位、高效率、低成本的需求;海西经济区占据对台得天独厚的地理优势,在两岸关系势头良好的大环境下,应抓住对台发展机遇,实现产业对接、优势互补,促进两岸在经济、政治、文化等各方面的大融合。
[Abstract]:The economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Strait refers to the regional economic complex with Fujian as the main body, including 11 neighboring cities and cities around the Taiwan Strait, with the task of working with Taiwan and reunifying the motherland. And further drive the national economy to the world's characteristics and unique advantages of the regional economic complex. It is a comprehensive concept covering economic, political, cultural, social and other fields. In developing countries, economic development will lead to an increasing trend of road cargo traffic. The trend of the two changes is basically the same, and the linear correlation is very strong. It can be said that there is a relatively stable law of change and a proportional relationship between the two. The study of the current situation of goods transportation in the Hercynian Economic Zone can also reflect the economic relations between the different cities and cities. The Hercynian Economic Zone is an economic whole, and its economic development should transcend the limits of the region. This paper understands its economic links from the situation of highway freight transportation among the various cities within the Hercynian Economic Zone. Thus providing advice for its overall freight and economic development. This paper analyzes the current situation of freight transportation in the Hercynian Economic Zone from three aspects of roads, goods and vehicles, and puts forward that the corresponding highway should be built according to the order of freight demand. In order to alleviate the problem of imperfect highway network in Hercynian economic zone; The four provinces involved in the Hercynian Economic Zone should cooperate closely and issue relevant policies to guide the cross-regional development of cargo transportation. It is necessary to set up a large scale, scientific and integrated cargo transportation guidance center to realize the integration of freight resources and the informationization of freight market in the Hercynian economic zone. In order to meet the demand of large tonnage, high efficiency and low cost of highway freight transportation, we should develop towing and container transportation. The Hercynian economic zone occupies a unique geographical advantage over Taiwan. Under the great environment of good cross-strait relations, we should seize the opportunity for development of Taiwan, realize industrial docking, complement each other's advantages, and promote cross-strait economic and political development. A great fusion of all aspects of culture.
