山东高速企业文化发展与形象设计

【摘要】:人类因为有梦想而伟大,企业因为有文化而繁荣。 只有在员工中引起共鸣的企业文化才是真正的企业文化。 优秀的企业文化应该是长期沉淀、与时俱进的企业文化。 世界500强企业管理演变的历史证明,优秀的企业文化,应该以人为本,,以顾客为中心,努力服务社会,同时,平等对待员工,平衡相关者的利益,提倡团队精神,并鼓励创新。 对人而言,制度的约束尽管不是万能的,但没有制度的约束是万万不能的;同样,企业文化并非是左右我们的惟一要素,但没有企业文化也是万万不行的。 本文从国内外高速公路企业文化建设的现况说起,对山东高速企业文化的现况进行了分析,并利用企业文化的相关理论,提出了山东高速企业文化的发展和形象设计。
[Abstract]:Human beings are great because they have dreams, and enterprises prosper because they have culture. Only the corporate culture that resonates with the employees is the true corporate culture. Excellent corporate culture should be a long-term precipitation, with the times of corporate culture. The history of the evolution of the management of the world's top 500 enterprises proves that excellent corporate culture should be people-oriented, customer-centered, and strive to serve the society. At the same time, we should treat our employees equally, balance the interests of our stakeholders, promote team spirit, and encourage innovation. To people, the restriction of institution is not omnipotent, but it is impossible without it. Similarly, corporate culture is not the only factor that influences us, but it is also impossible without corporate culture. This paper starts with the present situation of expressway enterprise culture construction at home and abroad, analyzes the present situation of Shandong high speed enterprise culture, and puts forward the development and image design of Shandong high speed enterprise culture by using the relevant theory of enterprise culture.
